Ambassador Lake Tahoe

We liked the location, the room was insulated, everything was very clean and comfortable. However, the neighbors were so noisy and you felt like you were in their room with them. We also had a broken thermostat and the larger of the two windows would not open. Everything else about the room was great. It felt safe, clean, and I would stay there again, but make sure we had a room with a working thermostat, less neighbors, and windows that opened.

the rooms were nice except they did not have air conditioning which we knew from the description. We only had one incident when the manager on duty scared us by coming into our room at 1:30am when we were in a deep sleep and neither of us were able to get back to sleep until about 7:00am.

Not a resort by any stretch of the imagination. However, it was updated. Clean and quiet location. Very convenient to the concert venue and walkable to restaurants and the beach.

Staff was super nice. There was no shower curtain in our bathroom so couldn’t take shower. Also there was an outside light right outside the window that made the room very bright and made sleep difficult. Lots of street noise as well. Also air conditioning did not work. Room was very hot

Check in was quick, but not accommodating. The over all appearance of the place will looks nice but the rooms have no air flow, the doors do not lock when closed you have to slam it closed, the shower has only scolding hot water, no remote for the tv, trash all throughout the hotel property, noisy customers fitting in parking lot all hours of the night throwing things at cars off the balcony, **** smoke all over the place. If your into an all night drinking/weed smoking experience with couples fighting this is the place for you

no charm $25 for parking in a Motel with a big empty lot - no way. The hotel was less than 20% full and they put a family with screaming children who bounced between the beds and walls all night right over us. Recently renvated so now its like a cheap white hospital room. No comforter, only a gross old fleece blanket. The teeny friege was placed in a cabinet made for a medium fridge and it didnt even fit a bottle of champagne standing up in it.
