Superb location and size. Good price. If you don't bother too much about the views, this is perfect.

Fantastic location overlooking the beautiful Swan River & Perth city. Close to convenience store, restaurants & the foreshore. Wheelchair accessible with a lift from the lobby to the street. Staff were very friendly and made us feel like VIPS.

The room is very clean, but there is a hole in the bedding, but it doesn't affect it. Cleanliness is more important. The facilities are also complete. It's good. I will go there again next time if I have the chance.

A very good apartment hotel. The location of the hotel is superb. There is a supermarket downstairs. You can find almost all the ingredients, fruits and vegetables you need for cooking. The beautiful Swan Lake is just over 100 meters away. You can walk to the waterside for running and walking in 5-10 minutes from the hotel. You can quickly reach Elizabeth Quay Ferry Terminal in the center of Perth by ferry. The decoration and facilities of the hotel are very new and the design is very user-friendly. There are seven or eight steps from the road to the hotel. In order to facilitate guests to carry luggage, the hotel has specially installed a small take-off and landing platform, which is very labor-saving. The hotel is very quiet and almost no noise can be heard. The 1-bedroom and 1-living room apartment has a washing machine, a dryer and a full set of kitchen facilities. In addition, there is a supermarket downstairs for purchasing ingredients, so it is very convenient to cook by yourself. The only drawback is that the price is a little expensive. The cost performance does not seem to be particularly high.
