Hotel Focus SFO Reviews

The hotel is about 5 kilometers from San Francisco Airport, with many chain hotels nearby. It has 3-star facilities, and the rooms are simply decorated, clean, and tidy. Breakfast is mostly cold food with limited variety. The main highlight is the scheduled free airport shuttle service, which is very convenient for an overnight stay if you have an early flight the next day.

The price is decent. There's a free breakfast that could have a little bit more to the selection. The bathroom is on the small side. The bathroom shower head was below eye level so I needed to bend down to wash my hair. The sink and the tub both drained really slowly. The carpet in the hallways had tape on it. The hotel could use a remodel.

No room service. I asked for room service when i checked in as i have booked the rooms for 2 nights and 3 days. No one cleaned the rooms and change the sheets. No toiletries provided. No charging sockets working. They are just show pieces. Overall experience was 0.5 out of 10. Not recommended at all.  Rooms are expensive but no service provided as per the prices they have been charging.

We only stayed for one night. It was close to the airport, everything was just right for us.

Check-in and check-out were easy. The location is reasonably close to two bus stops which go by the airport if you arrive or depart at a time the airport shuttle is not running. The continental breakfast is nothing special but it is in fact a continental breakfast, and it's open at times that make sense for an airport hotel. The room darkening curtains were very effective. The carpets in the hallways were a bit worn but perfectly clean.

The biggest plus is the shuttle service, and the breakfast is better than nothing.

The only downside was that the WiFi didn't work for international guests.

This was a cheapest hotel near SFO airport with complimentary breakfast. Shuttle is on schedule & breakfast is very basic but its ok. Room is ok. There is overnight parking fee USD 14 per night.

Close to the airport, friendly staff, and they offer luggage storage. 👌🏼

The parking lot was full but I got lucky that someone left. The check in was easy. The hallway carpets were old and some portions were held by tapes. The room was clean but rather dated. The AC was on the noisy side. The walls were thin but it got quiet at night. The bed was comfy. The breakfast was basic . The location is very close to the airport.

Good for business traveller stay overnight.
