Everything was smooth and the stay was quite comfortable. 5 min ride away from the airport was the main feature of choice for me as it was a one night between 2 flights

We booked this hotel because of the location close to the airport. The room was very basic but comfortable. The biggest issue and concern was my bedsheets had a stain in them and they didn’t smell clean. I called downstairs, waited on hold forever and finally the front desk had some new sheets sent up. The breakfast was impressive but they need to work on their laundry services. See the photo attached to this review. Disgusting

This hotel is clean and modern. Service is good and the room is spacious. Will certainly visit again

Great location, the room was new renovated, full function and so closed the San Francisco Airport. There also provide free shuttle bus to Airport. So nice 👍🏻

Nice place . Absolutely the best in this area among all other airport hotel.

The front desk staff are very welcoming and have breakfast that the children love. It's closer to the city center and not far from Fisherman's Wharf and the Golden Gate Bridge by taxi. Highly recommended, very cost-effective! There is a shuttle bus to and from the airport, which is not 24 hours a day. You can refer to the timetable in the photo.

The service of this hotel is very bad. We were kicked off the bus because we didn't bring cash when we took the airport shuttle bus. We were supposed to pay at the hotel front desk. We strongly request Ctrip to cancel the cooperation with such a hotel and should not recommend such a hotel to customers. I give a strong negative review of the service of this hotel.

It is close to the airport, but there are no commercial facilities nearby, which is not very convenient. It is a relatively new hotel with newer facilities. The room is equipped with a microwave to heat food, which is better.

The room was relatively clean, the breakfast was average, and it was very close to the airport, but you need a car to go anywhere, and there are only fast food restaurants within walking distance.

It is a good choice to stay overnight before flying, but I don't understand why an open parking lot still needs to charge parking fees. It is just on the roadside, and it feels like anyone can park there without anyone watching.

Large room, new hotel, good facilities

The hotel is newly opened, very clean, only a few minutes' drive from the airport, and about ten minutes to Chinatown. The staff is also very friendly, the room is clean and tidy, the bed is very comfortable, and the western breakfast is served. I will choose to stay again next time I come to San Francisco
