Good no problem at this moment

Pretty shabby. 1 star max. The server got good attitude on phone but never got promise delivered. Without saying anything when checking in, King size got changed to double double, saying the rooms were overbooked which I have never heard in my half centuries’ life. My wife lost her outfit there. Should be lost and found but they never returned call as promised. Price is high comparing its environment, facility and services.

The staff were all very friendly and kind. One man on the front desk in the evening made sure I had a spoon when I ordered an UberEats with no cutlery, two Central American staff members were happy to write a sentence in Spanish for an early check in to give to hostel staff as I was travelling to a Spanish speaking country with no language skills. The airport shuttle was a great service and I have no complaints. This is a budget hotel so please ignore the negative reviews from people. It is affordable and has all the regular amenities you can expect. Perfect for a layover with an early flight. Don’t expect luxury, it is exactly as the photos depict it. If you looking to nit-pick you will find something, but for the price this is very good. The staff are lovely and it’s a 5 min drive from SFO

Stayed 2 nights while in the area on business. There is an airport shuttle BUT it only runs every 45 minutes & it's not a typical DT shuttle-it's a 3rd party & is shared with several other hotels, so very easy to miss due to lack of signage on the front. Room was VERY small-closet, what there is of it, is actually by the window. Chair for the desk is a straight-backed chair w/legs that get caught on the area rug under the bed constantly. Bathroom, on the other hand, was very large & well lit, especially for a Hilton, though not much counter space for stuff. Plenty of room for additional towel bars & hooks for hanging clothes, had they decided to include those. Unfortunately, there's a barn door for the shower (when will that fad end!!!) which limits how much can be hung there. This is also the 2nd DT in a row I have stayed in where the information on the website for the restaurant is incorrect-it is only open for breakfast & dinner starting @ 3:30 pm. It is located in an industrial part of town-not much walkable & no view of the bay from the room, though given how dirty the windows are, there's not really much of a view of anything! The bed was comfortable & overall the hotel did what I needed it to do for 2 nights.

Deposit $100. Parking $9 per day ( you can pay cash or they deduct from the deposit). Breakfast was good, but not much seats , you need to spend sometime to find a seat. Room is ok, the black hair was on the bathroom’s wall. My deposit still not returned to me (it’s been 5 days after check out).

The room is clean and large. The structure of the hotel was that there was a window on the aisle side and it was open. There is a Tesla supercharger in the parking lot, so it is convenient to ride Tesla. It was convenient because it was close to the airport and a short drive to downtown San Francisco and tourist spots. It was a pity that the dryer was broken and could not be used when I wanted to use the washing machine.

I would give this Home2Suites 5 stars, but there was one lady at the front desk named YVONY, who is the rudest employee that I’ve ever encountered at a Hilton franchise. She needs to learn to provide better customer service and not roll her eyes at customers. Aside from her, we actually love this Home2Suites because its close to SF, its easy and fast to check in (except that there’s no digital key), the rooms are very clean and spacious, the parking is decent (except that its $20-$22 per night), most of the employees are nice, and there is breakfast provided every morning.

I liked how the interior of the hotel was designed. My room had a fridge and microwave. It felt smaller than the other hotel I stayed at, and it didn't have a balcony (which I didn't mind). You didn't need to use your key card to use the elevator. They provided facial soap instead of hand soap for guests. However, I had a negative experience with two employees: one that was unnamed (was a white man with blue eyes and a beard) and someone named Mark. We extended our stay for two more nights, and they messed up the reservation. Therefore, we had to pay extra money. We were extremely respectful. But both men talked to us in a condescending manner and spoke to us as if we were stupid, which I found to be incredibly offensive. I also heard Mark calling a guest stupid for simply asking a question after he hung up the phone. He should have shown more empathy because not all guests will know the hotel as well as he does, and maybe the guest was double-checking. When I told Mark I wanted to stay for one more night, I could hear him mutter ”Oh no” under his breath. I find it ironic that the Hilton Garden Inn's Promise is ”to make your stay better and brighter. If something isn't just the way you like it, simply let any hotel team member know, and we will make it right. Guaranteed.” Unfortunately, I didn't find their promise to be true. Mark and his co-worker didn't make things right with us by talking down on us, and insulting other customers. Are you really making my ”stay better and brighter” if I hear one of your employees say they don't want us here? My pit of my entire trip in San Francisco is my interaction with Mark and his colleague. However, most of the other staff members besides the two men were kind towards me. But I would not return to this hotel.

The room is very clean, two queen sizes, about 1.5 meters wide, the bed pillows are surprisingly comfortable, must praise, two fly in the ointment, the shower head in the bathroom is not big enough, the water does not flush, in fact, changing the shower head can solve it. The second hotel is close to the highway, a bit noisy. In addition, the hotel's breakfast is delicious, so it must be less, two servings for three people are enough, and the amount of American food is too large. In addition, the cleaning of the room probably needs to be done by hanging a list when you go out. We stayed for two days and no one cleaned it, but the utensils such as towels are complete, so I didn't ask the hotel to clean it

We Statyed for 3 nights . We were early and they were super nice about checking us in early. William the one we dealt with most of the time was so awesome and accommodating during the whole stay. The Hotel itself was super nice . We loved the suite with the queen bed that was super comfortable in our room and the girls had a pull out bed in the living room. It had a full on kitchen with a hot top , dishwasher, microwave and fullsize fridge and also dishes and silver wear :) The shower was amazing great water pressure and lots of hot 💧water!! Also the free breakfast was great. We will definitely stay here during our next visit to San Francisco and highly recommend this place for families and anyone looking for a great place to stay.
