We had a great visit - the house is beautiful and had many amenities that enhanced our stay. We were an extended family gathering from California, Pennsylvania and Texas, so it provided a terrific space for us to enjoy each other, but also have some privacy to rest and renew. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice retreat The homes five bedrooms were perfect for us to visit with family in the area. The pool is inviting and refreshing after a hot Florida day. The house is well appointed and had everything we could need. It's in a great area, close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Tyler is very responsive and reached out a few times to make sure we didn't need anything. This was a great trip.

Wedding Week We were in Venice for our son’s wedding and needed a large space for friends and family to rest around all the festivities. The home is lovely, spacious and well appointed. We enjoyed the pool and the back patio. The space was great for having a group of people. We would definitely stay again.

Everything was amazing! What a great property! We didn’t need two of the rooms as it was just 4 of us but it was great to have all of this extra space! Pool was immaculate and our kids LOVED it! Tyler is a great host and replies right away! We felt right at home!So many memories were made! Thank you!

Hurricane Helene, let’s take a chance! We were booked to stay in Anna Maria, but once the hurricane hit, we knew we needed to divert to somewhere else. We landed in Sarasota, booked our stay and so glad we took the chance on this property. Very clean house, quiet neighborhood, comfortable beds, enough space for everyone. The only thing I’d say is that we like to cook at home and it wasn’t well stocked with kitchen items. We made do, though, and it was a perfect trip! We would definitely book this house again. The owner was very accommodating and easy to work with
