Good location and the staff were very welcoming. The hotel has basic facilities which are perfectly adequate. The decor has seen better days and it's definitely time for a refresh. But it certainly didn't break so I guess you get what you pay for!

Had a great night at this hotel .Room and bed excellent all facilities great for one night pre cruise departure an excellent choice central to shops and port . Highly recommend.

Stayed for a night while on business in Southampton. Located near the train station is a useful feature. The lobby is bright and modern and well laid out.

Basically what you would expect from an IBIS.  Convenient for town but distinctly average in all other aspects.

Staying just a night before taking a cruise, the location is good and can walk to the City cruise terminal. Hotel is very close to shopping, old city wall, old town. A Mcdonald & TGI Friday Restaurant. It's a basic hotel to stay before a cruise.

Hotel is conveniently located with close proximity to cruise terminal and main street/ shopping centre. Walkable but not recommended for luggage tows. Room is updated but building external needs repainting. McDonald's is just minutes away.

it's pretty good,but the room size is a bit small and the bed is also quite small

Location is great. Service was good. Yes we had good breakfast.

Front desk and restaurant service was poor. Had to ask for orange juice and a plate at breakfast. Room adequate. I ate dinner at next door Novotel. Price was low!

The motel is a few minutes walk from Southampton train station. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Appreciated the kettle. Wi-Fi was good. Close to town and the port. Food was OK. Dining area could be improved with a bit of decor.

Convenient location, clean room, but maybe better sound insulation.
