"Room is spacious and clean. Easy checkin and checkout. Nicloe at reception is super friendly and helpful. But there is a guy is so mean (didnt get his name, probably Aryvu). Even I was queued next but he just went served other customers and told me to wait. I complained to him and he just ignored me. I was so upset. Good value. Within 10mis walk from town center and shops. Changed 3 different rooms but still has problem with air-conditioning. Lucky the window can be opened a bit. I had issue with the shower head (no host). But may be just my own problem since I am not tall enough with such low water pressure."

"This facility was a surprise in many ways. Across from the front of the hotel is a lovely little park. The check-in was easy (I could have even done an online check-in). The staff were friendly and efficient. Our room was a studio apartment, nicely furnighed. There was a sink, hotplate, micro, and even a dishwasher which was unexpected.  I explored the surrounding neighborhood in several directions and found many places of interest. Some were historical, some were interesting ting eating & drinking venues It was not a long walk to the West Quay Mall for shopping or to the SeaCity museum. "

"I booked here last minute (on the day) due to an unfortunate experience at a near by guest house and boy am I glad I switched! Welcome drink on arrival; friendly staff, tea and coffee in the room, great smelling toiletries and a comfy bed. Exactly what I needed. Full review on my insta @comeflywithlucy"

"Charming little B&B in nice house. Continental breakfast only, no great variety but good. Rooms were nice and clean. It's in a residential area, 15-20 minutes walk to shops, restaurants etc."

"The check in process was very easy, just took us some time to find the place because we thought it is separated from the pub but the reception is actually right in it so just walk straight in! Room was very cozy and equipped, very thoughtful to provide us with all the basic amenities plus additional items such as water, beer, milk, chocolate, coffee for coffee machine and even a postcard! Staff was really friendly and helpful as well. The breakfast was also really amazing - you get to choose a main and a drink from their breakfast menu on top of a mini buffet spread that offered some really good pastries, salamis, cheese and more, so be sure to leave some extra time in the morning to enjoy it! However, there was a club opposite the place that was opened slightly pass midnight when we were there and if you're a light sleeper be sure to pack some ear plugs to go to sleep early. One of the corners of the wall also had a slight mold issue because the condensation from the bathroom must have caused that in the long run but it shouldn't be a huge concern though it will be nice if that gets fixed!"

"Excellent hotel in a good place for our requirements. We ate there in the evening and the food was good for the price we paid. The breakfast in the morning was excellent a good range of items to choose from. Very pleased with the hotel in general. The staff were very helpful too."

"This is probably one of the best hotels in the area. As it is newly built, the facilities are relatively new. The breakfast is quite rich by British standards. Although the location is not in the city center, parking is convenient. It is really good by local standards. It is just so-so by world standards. The attitude of the service staff is mixed, some are very enthusiastic, and some are very indifferent."
