Overall, it was decent. Breakfast was à la carte, which isn't as good as a buffet, and it was quite noisy.

The hotel's location near the tram station is very convenient for getting around, and the environment is quite good. Most of the front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. However, the facilities and room layout are really poor, making for a very uncomfortable stay!

Good, I'd choose it again next time. The only downside was the bed was too small. Also, there was no complimentary bottled water. You need to bring your own toothbrush and slippers.

The place was very clean and the service was good! The location was amazing too as it is walking distance to many places.

Room is Clean ok , but the cleaner always forget or not bringing down the empty water bottles and also the coffee cup it never washed. It doesnt have any microwave oven for heating the food , need to ask the kitchen always but they are very accommodating for service. Much better if there is a microwave oven room to do it ourselve.

The bedding was dirty and the Wi-Fi was unreliable, which was inconvenient. The staff were very friendly and the location was great. I probably won't be returning.
