"Great hotel, unfortunately currently though the building next door is being demolished and the drilling of concrete starts at exactly 8am, even on the weekend. It's incredibly loud and the windows shake"
"Although the location is not in the city, it is very close to the city. Not far from the Royal Botanic Gardens, the hotel is clean and the service is very good."
"The hotel was what I expected, neat, clean, and overall pretty good. The staff we're great, most are Thai people, (probably the friendliest in the world 🌎) and nothing was a problem....
I did find the location...not ideal for what I had planned that night, (Pearl Jam at Marvel Stadium) but still, it was close enough so as not to be an issue."

"The furniture and kitchen equipment are very complete, which is very suitable for small families to buy ingredients and cook back!
The room was very clean, in addition to the sound of the heater is a bit loud, next time you have the opportunity to book the same hotel again"

"Good location. 5 minutes walk to tram no. 58 towards city or Toorak. Opposite Woolworths. Clean 3 bedroom apartment in Epic building. Key pick up is far to walk at a convenience store in City Road. Enquiry staff very helpful and professional. We used car and had free parking. Apartment pantry was well stocked with condiments. Will stay again."
"First of all, the hotel does not have a reception desk. You need to contact the service staff to check in later or soon. If you don't speak English well, do your homework in advance or choose another room.
Geographical environment: 8-10 minutes walk to crown business district (take a 6-year-old child). The Crown business district is full of food, shopping and casinos. There are many supermarkets in the downstairs for a minute or two. You can buy food and cook, and provide daily living supplies. Very convenient.
Room facilities: The hotel is a bit like a homestay. In a comprehensive apartment. You need to swipe the magnetic card to get in and out, which is relatively safe. The overall space is large, but both bedrooms are 1.5 meters small beds. The kitchen has pans, cutlery, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a dishwasher. But there is no seasoning. Cooking a light meal should be OK. Due to the folklore nature, there is no daily cleaning service. There is a swimming pool in the building.
Parking charges, $ 25 a day. Just come in and out. Friends who drive are highly recommended. City parking is too expensive. It's a good deal to take a taxi.
Disadvantages:
1. Give Ctrip. When booking, it was not marked clearly, I thought there was a hotel with a front desk. Stupidly arrived and found out that it was a homestay type. The current homeowner couldn't get through to the phone, and there was no place to stop and jump straight. Later, the host came and said that Ctrip only told us to check in at 5 o'clock, and did not give the host the contact information, so he was not prepared. Check-in at five is my time for Ctrip, but we flew from Brisbane, that is only approximate time. If Ctrip protects my personal privacy, I will not give the owner contact information, but at least I have to contact me Tell me how to check in, let me contact the owner in advance! !!
2. The overall health of the room is ok, but the smell is really bad. It feels like a guest cooking too much. Hope you can do a good job of ventilation."

"Hotel location is very good. It takes only 5 minutes to walk to Eureka Building to the State Art Museum and Royal Botanic Gardens. It is no more than 10 minutes. We chose to go to Eureka Building as a convenient hotel. The only flaw in the evening experience is that the price is slightly higher but still acceptable."

Amazing
GGuest UserThe room was a really good size. The balcony was at a level where there was no building blocking either the view or afternoon sun - we had to pay extra for this though. The fridge didnt really seem to work, at least the freezer didnt. When putting icecreams in the freezer, they melted, so I turned the dial to cooler and then the fruit in the fridge froze our fruit. We really shouldnt need to adjust settings in the fridge/freezer for them to work. Also the toilet keep running after it flushed. The only way to stop the running of water was to push down on the flush a few times quickly.

Great
GGuest UserI have put book 2 connecting rooms. One is King size bed the other twin beds. Both rooms are very comfortable. The twin beds are two queen size beds which can accommodate 4 people. Good view of a Yarra river and the old station across the river. Location very convenient as it connected to many different restaurants. I would also recommend using its very nice gym and warm and big swimming pool. Kingpin in the hotel mall (ask the hotel staff) is also recommended for travellers with children and teenagers. Lots of fun as their video games are great, with Laser tag and bowling.

AAneteZFWe arrived after 7 pm the room was not available. We had to wait more than half an hour after travelling by plain we wanted to rest. The room had one empty bottle. The breakfast is not good. Not many healthy options, no cheese and plain yogurt.

GGuest UserPerfect location so close to the arts and entertainment district. We stayed during the Australian Open and travelling to and from the stadium was a breeze. The room was very clean and serviced beautifully. Would appreciate a comfy place to sit or additional cushions for the bed as that is the only option to relax on. Service from front desk staff was not the most friendly or helpful. It seems they’d rather you use self check in but to me that’s not hospitality.
I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others as a good budget friendly alternative to the 5 star hotels in the area.

GGuest Useri stayed for 4 nights, the room is spacious, the view is so so, seeing the car park and building at the back, no yarra river view. the location is good, next to the ******, and lots of restaurants around, tram station nearby, but some of them were blocked due to F1, but everything are walkable. have visited the gym, staff is very nice, but don’t have time, so didn’t use much.
clean up service is so so, the 2nd day did t clean up, i have to call to clean up for us. and the light outside the room was off, i thought its mean to be, but after 3 days, i think it’s something wrong, so i told the front seat to fix.
they can do better for the 5 star hotel.

JJosph9999I recently stayed at this hotel and, while the amenities were decent, the location was a major disappointment. Despite being advertised as ”centrally located,” it was quite far from key attractions and conveniences. Public transportation options were limited, making it difficult to get around without spending extra money on taxis or rideshares. Additionally, the surrounding area felt somewhat isolated, with very few restaurants or shops nearby, leaving us with little to do in the immediate vicinity. If you're looking to explore the city or enjoy a more lively environment, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.
GGuest UserEverything was clean and comfortable in the apartment. Staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely would go back again.
The pool was perfect temperature and kids really enjoyed their stay.

GGuest UserWas a lovely stay which felt like home! Everything was clean and efficient. Arrived early by noon and was granted check in with a warm welcome of chocolates and a personal note! Enjoyed a high floor on level 18 and late check out till 1pm as Elite Silver member. Would love to return here again next visit as there are tram stops, 3 supermarkets and South Melbourne Market all within walking distance.
Love the friendly service from front desk to restaurant to housekeeping staff! Everything feels so new and fresh in the hotel, well maintained and being new. Easy to call an Uber as well just a short ride to city.
SSophieGreat hotel with friendly and helpful staff. We had an issue with Wi-Fi initially but they moved us into a different room straight away and it worked perfectly.

WWuliangshanwuliangzhenrenThe hotel is very new and the rooms are very clean. The location is good, very close to the art gallery. It only takes about ten minutes to walk to the city center, which is very convenient. The view from the room on the high floor is also good.
