Good location, basic room. 30 mins free WiFi then £3 afterwards wasn't great. Front of house could do with a bit of customer service training (only the one who first saw us). Key card wouldn't work properly in the door leading to the corridor. Main light in the room not working.

Very clean and central to all amenities, no one on recepyuntil 3 pm so I had to carry my suitcase around with me for 2 hours , that’s my only complaint as I thought would be able to drop my case off. Would definitely stay again , it’s very near friends I was visiting for the 2 days .

Clean rooms , good location, only problem is the mobile phone signal is not very good unless you stay on the fifth floor.

Having a holiday in Southport,staying at the Travelodge on Lord St.5/5.Nice room,cleaners very helpfull,staff on reception very helpfull as well!Always a plentiful supply of towels,loo rolls,tea coffee,sugar, milk etc.Had issue with room card,soon sorted out!

Good location for a short stay. Clean hotel and room. Our room was at the back 405 and overlooked a car park/ bin area. Staff were friendly.

Brilliant stay and staff the room was clean as was bedding and hardly any noise from inside or outside of the hotel .MOrrisons next door for hit breakfast and weatherspoons for food we slept really well.

Really great stay Always impressed with the rooms and the staff Very good location on Lord street Luke was especially helpful Room was fresh and airy with great view of Lord Street Will stay again when we next visit Must recommend the Swan Restaurant for outstanding fish and chips and amazing service Staff were wonderfull

We recently stayed at Travel Lodge Southport Lord Stret. The beds was super comfortable and the room was very clean and spacious. Great location for what we needed. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Luke on reception at the time was amazing. Very accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable of the area. He's a credit to the team!
