Travelodge Southport

Good location, basic room. 30 mins free WiFi then £3 afterwards wasn't great. Front of house could do with a bit of customer service training (only the one who first saw us). Key card wouldn't work properly in the door leading to the corridor. Main light in the room not working.

We were helped so much by a young man called Lewis/Louis. We had a problem with our room and he made no fuss in changing us over, being polite and making us smile. Then when we entered the room, he realised there might be another problem with the request that we’d asked. He then made sure to let us know and offer us a different room if it was a problem. He sorted out 2 different rooms after our original room to make sure we had the best experience possible. 10/10 Customer service, and brilliant guy

It’s a clean well priced hotel in a good location in Southport. Check in was quick and simple and the staff were friendly and helpful on check in. Our bed was comfortable and it was quiet throughout the night.

Great central location and we got a cheap rate. Stayed in many Travelodge’s so knew what to expect. Room was clean and over the 3 nights we all got a restful sleep.

Stayed the weekend with kids and was a nice easy stay. The room was clean and the staff friendly. Would book again

I had an excellent stay at the Southport Travelodge. The location was ideal, the hotel was very clean, and my room was spacious and comfortable. I especially appreciated the generous supply of tea, coffee, and snacks. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

The male receptionist was not interested in helping us and was very abrupt and short at answering our questions 😡😡 when we got our room the cups and spoons were dirty and the kettle was filthy the bathroom shelf was dirty and had marks on it either blood or 💩 🤬😡🤬 on the floor of the bathroom there was also a screw on the floor which I nearly stood on the bedding was clean but that’s the only nice thing I could say about the room it needed a right good clean from top to bottom and the bathroom needed scrubbing

We booked a double room for 2 nights and we had a shower problem. The drains was blocked up and the water in the shower was coming up. We asked the staff member called Lewis for a plunger but as he said he couldn't give it to us but he came to assist the issue. He got it unlocked for the time being and cleaned it up properly after. Fantastic hotel for the price a standard Travelodge. Perfect location very central and you can easily park on Morrisons for 24 hours. There’s plenty of options for food anytime of the day within walking distance. The room was comfortable and clean
