Hotel 21

I stayed at Hotel 21 on Saturday 22nd July for 1 night. I stayed in room 14 and my friend stayed in room 15. On arrival we checked in, the lady was nice and polite, and I was asked for £50 deposit. I’ve never had to pay £50 deposit before. I was told I’d get it refunded when I checked out the next day. The rooms were supposed to be King Executive. The hotel didn’t have a car park, had to search for somewhere local to park, it’s £400 for 2 rooms, no breakfast included and the rooms were so small you couldn’t swing a cat. Also rooms had no toilet door on it. We stayed in Southport as went to a festival so needed Southport. When we arrived back at the hotel at around 11pm we were kept awake all night by party goers, loud music and people running around outside our rooms until 4.30am. At 4.30am the seagulls started outside and at 8am the street cleaners started. Not impressed at all and not worth £200 each. Why was no one on reception when you know it’s a festival weekend. Steer clear if I was you and save your money and go else where.

Stayed here 22/7/22.I was very reluctant to stay here after seeeing bad reviews, so wasn't expecting much. How wrong could i be. Rooms spotless, check in and check out quick. Beds perfect, microwave, tea and coffe making facilities, shower. Massive TV. Would deffo go here again, only thing tjat wouldake my stay a bit better would be breskfast, at £120per nightit should be included, other than that PERFECT.
