The room is ok but little bit dark , breakfast is good and the carpark is free for overnight stayed

Really nice modern hotel, situated in a great place. Got a large double that over looked the lake which was a really nice room. Comfortable bed and the bathroom was very nice. Plenty storage space as well. Had breakfast which was good with plenty of choice. Got a good deal too on Trip.

Furniture is dated, and the black counter tops in the bedrooms collect dust and looks awful. Bed was very  comfy, clean sheets etc

We checked in really late/early hours in the morning, and had a problem with payment, which the bloke on reception was not sure how to resolve it as he did not usually handle payments etc, however, it was instantly resolved by the amazing receptionist who couldn’t have been any more apologetic. Room was very clean and tidy. Bed was very comfortable. The superior rooms all seem to be slightly different, but are all nice

The hotel and location were good .

Love the location as it is near everything at Stockport. The air con didn’t work very well, with the hot weather the staff gave us a fan instead as solution.

Lovely place to visit, central to everything. We requested a room overlooking the lake which we got, and the room was very quiet. No noise for above thankfully. Only downside was the window wouldn’t open and the pillow were too soft (I sound like Goldilocks!). Brekki was lovely, lots of choice. Would defo come again (that was our 2nd visit).

Hotel great parking expensive at £15 a day though best find alternative parking plenty around hotel

A modern hotel, overlooking the sea, within walking distance of Southport's main attractions. The bedroom was clean, comfortable and well equipped and it was serviced daily, which is not always the case these days. Lots of choice for breakfast. We opted for the set dinner, which was fairly limited but sufficient for one night.

We had a two day stay after we got married because our hoonymoon isn’t till12yh we had to have wedding in April do my grandkids were off school at the time the hotel was clean food good but rooms basic

The hotel is lovely and clean, great location the rooms are spacious clean and great views the staff can’t do enough for you . Breakfast was lovely too well worth a visit .

Very happy with hotel , service good ,breakfast excellent, only little request is that the bar provide bottled tonic and fruit ,makes a difference, would always recommend a stay

Stayed here a few times and are always very satisfied by the cleanliness and presentation of the facilities. The staff are always welcoming and helpful and the choice plus quality of the breakfast is excellent.

The hotel is in a great central location and is lovely. It was clean and really quiet despite there being many other hotel guests. The bed was so comfy. We did report an issue with the kettle to reception in the early evening and the receptionist (I think her name was Sue) did not seem interested and did not rectlfy the problem due to them having a function to deal with. This was not really acceptable and the only thing that let down our stay. All the other staff were excellent. Breakfast was fresh and delicious too.
