AAnonymous UserThe hotel is in a great central location and is lovely. It was clean and really quiet despite there being many other hotel guests. The bed was so comfy. We did report an issue with the kettle to reception in the early evening and the receptionist (I think her name was Sue) did not seem interested and did not rectlfy the problem due to them having a function to deal with. This was not really acceptable and the only thing that let down our stay. All the other staff were excellent. Breakfast was fresh and delicious too.

Loved the valet parking too which saved time fighting the parking apps - £20 per stray.
Immaculate hotel, great furnishings and everything you could possibly need for a great breakfast.
All the staff are super friendly and professional - I highly recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserDecent hotel. Had everything I needed. Clean bed sheets and en suite toilet/shower. A tad noisy due to central, busy location and my bedroom had a view of the rear yard of the bar with bins/kegs/bottles but room was more than adequate for a short stay. Good price, too. Polite staff. Would return.

GGuest UserThe hotel is quite new and the room is clean. The first room is so cold and so small because it’s on the rooftop floor. However, the kindly staff change the room for us. The shower is modern but the water flow is not strong enough. No drink water complimentary in the room. The breakfast is good and clean.

GGolderDue to refurbishment, they were no evening meal and entertainment when we arrived. So we went to the Prince of Wales Hotel and had our evening meal and the entertainment was very good.
The room was very nice at the front view the bed was very comfortable at The Clifton Royal
