Nice location, directly connected to the cable car to the SPA on the mountain.
Breakfast is good.
Sadly there’s construction site blocked the road to spa-geronstere station as attached picture(from google map)

Location in the heart of Spa.
Easy to get to the thermal baths via the funicular connected to the hotel.
Cleanliness ok
On the other hand, impersonal and not friendly staff.
Room service ok but little choice.
