Van der Valk Hotel Spa ★★★★
"Overall, our stay was good, especially considering that the main purpose of the trip was to relax and enjoy the thermal baths. In that sense, the hotel delivered a pleasant experience. However, communication before arrival was a weak point. Until the very last moment, no one contacted me via Trip.com messages. This was disappointing, especially because I booked the stay as a gift for my elderly parents and wanted to stay in close contact with the hotel before check-in to avoid any stress or misunderstandings. The room itself was excellent — spacious, comfortable, with a beautiful view of the surroundings. One small but noticeable detail was missing: there was no electric kettle in the room, and no tea bags available, which would have been appreciated. The most stressful moment happened on the first day at breakfast. Only my father was registered in the system, and my mother was not allowed to enter initially, as if she were not part of the booking. This caused unnecessary stress for my parents. Both of their surnames were clearly provided during the reservation, so this situation was quite unexpected. Breakfast itself was very good, which is what you would expect given the price level. In general, the overall impression is positive — the stay was enjoyable and relaxing. My main recommendation is to improve communication and booking accuracy, especially when guests are traveling as a family or when the stay is booked as a gift."
Les Bains De Spa ★★★★
"Dear Fabio Meo, GM from Les Bains de Spa, Let me inform you about my feedback, after my 2 nights in your hotel. I have chosen your hotel as a 5 stars hotel. First, the good experiences; nice room, most of the Staff members are kind, friendly and helpful, Restaurant, good My problem is the breakfast. I found the price that you ask for this breakfast, is cheating the customers We travel a lot and always go for 5 star hotels, most of the time Sofitel from the ACCOR group. I never had a 5 star hotel with a coffee machine… The food that is offered is low quality, ( as IBIS does), and the price that you ask for it is far too much. I have the impression that most of your guests do not know what is a 5 *hotel. Guests that normally go to a 5 * hotel will not come back, since they felt cheated, you only can cheat them once. You might think “ Who cares”… I will put my comment also on the website, as I felt cheated. Kind regards Geldof François Room 2016"
Hôtel-Restaurant l'Auberge ★★★
"A wonderful memory, looking like an old postcard, where the smoke coming from the chimney, subliminally recommended the Inn, for the warmth of its Table and its Hospitality. A wide open door, where you feel good, and where life is the simplest, most authentic. An atmosphere that awakens memories of happy days. Everything is so clean in the Residence... Both up and down its decor, everything is truly Spacious. You feel at home there. Food reminds us of the good times, to see it coming, to smell it... of these plates hotly taken out of one's kitchen, and to have the courage to offer these dishes, as good, as pleasant, as hospitality and a true gastronomy have the merit of offering and still existing, forming an integral part of our once world heritage, heritage of our national humanity which testifies for education, as much to science as to our culture, to transmit a state of spirit, for those who know how to recognize the extraordinary in their region and its inhabitants. Radisson Blu Balmoral Hotel, Spa ★★★★
"Lovely location and after riding motorcycles the spa area was a definite welcome. Food in the restaurant was really good in the evening too."
La Villa des Fleurs ★★★★
"Great location right in the centre of the town near all the restaurants and sights. It has a large car park although it’s not easy to get a large car through the narrow entrance, but it’s free to just park on the busy street outside. Very friendly staff provide excellent service and a lovely fresh breakfast. It’s a nice quirky old hotel but do double check your room the double en-suite we booked turned out to be around a lift shaft so you could only get out of one side of the bed so we upgraded to their new annex."
Hotel la Reine ★★★
"We stayed at this hotel and were absolutely delighted. First of all, the location is excellent — close to the city center, yet situated in a quiet neighborhood. Everything is within walking distance. The area is peaceful and calm, perfect for both strolls and a relaxing stay. The room was clean, cozy, and spacious. The interior is modern, and the furniture is comfortable. Housekeeping was done daily, always neat and thorough. The staff are true professionals — always friendly, attentive to detail, and ready to help in any situation. Check-in was quick and smooth, everything was organized at a high level. The breakfast deserves special praise — a varied menu, delicious dishes, fresh ingredients, and excellent coffee. The atmosphere in the restaurant is pleasant and sets the tone for a calm and enjoyable start to the day. This hotel was a real discovery for us. We will definitely stay here again and will happily recommend it to our friends and family!"
