"The property was very clean and recently renovated. Very pleasant room. The check in staff were lovely. It is a very good mid-level hotel. Not a luxury experience, but that’s not what we were expecting, but surprisingly nice accommodations. My wish list includes a renovation to the pool and hot tub area and a shuttle to the park entrance. It’s only about a 25 minute walk but at the end of a long day in the park, a ride would really be appreciated…"

"Great location if you're going to Disneyland! Also, there is a restaurant and convenience store nearby. The hotel room is spacious and clean. The staff are nice and the breakfast is just fine :-) Definitely recommend this hotel :-)"

"Check in required more paperwork than other hotels that I have stayed in. However, once checked in service was very good. The room was spotless and odor-free when we checked in. The shower head was decent given that it has to be very low flow due to California's current water crisis. Also, due to reduced staffing levels across all of the hotels we stayed at on this trip, the room received service only by request. When requested we received additional soaps and coffee very quickly. We reused our towels the two nights we stayed and they were more than adequate. Internet service allowed me to do some necessary work without having to hunt for a signal. I was very pleased with our stay."

"Very clean! Not too far from Disneyland and we were able to find parking both days which is a must for me. My only issues were when checking in, the man that helped me was extremely kind but the woman on the counter next to him was very rude and took my ID away from him and stared at it and then at me very accusatory. I don’t know if she thought it was fake or what but it was awkward and very rude. My other issue was that when we came down for breakfast around 8:30 (breakfast ends at 9:30) they were almost completely out of food (all that was left was some potatoes, cereal, and oatmeal) and when we asked the kitchen staff if they were going to restock it we were rudely ignored until finally she said what they put out already was all that they were going to for the day. Overall the location and the room were pretty great it was just some of the staff that ruined it a little. (Except for the man who checked us in, he was very kind!). Not a terrible experience but if I’m paying this much I would expect better service."

"A hotel with a view of Disney fireworks. It is better to choose a room facing away from the highway. The hot spring and swimming pool downstairs are highly recommended. The dinner in the restaurant is also great. The hotel staff are very responsible."

"I had a special and wonderful experience at this hotel. We stayed here for two nights for my birthday. We arrived at the hotel early in the morning and a very friendly and kind hotel staff greeted me in Japanese and let me check in immediately. Moreover, they upgraded our room. On the first night, when I came back from Disney and entered the room, there was a paper bag and a letter. Inside was a Disney gift from the hotel. I was really moved and very happy. I didn't have time to thank the hotel staff in person, but I really appreciate it. Thank you for giving me such a wonderful experience!"

"Location is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!"

"We usually stayed at other hotel near Disneyland, but this time we picked Hilton and it was great! Except for the pricing, location and service are good. There is a shop on the left of the main entrance, and we got all food and drinks in that little shop. Starbucks is also in the building but it was crowded. This hotel is also very close to convention center, and it was very convenient for people who go to trade shows. I will definitely come back if the price is reasonable."

"Just a few minutes walk from Disneyland entrance. Very family friendly hotel. The Pizza was great as well. The water park was ok. The water didn’t seem the cleanest. They probably used ALOT of chlorine because my kids eyes burned badly. We had to buy them goggles in order for them to be able to enjoy the water. Other than that, the hotel was really great. I would recommend for sure."

"Cosy environment! Min’s drive to eateries and amenities. Comes with microwave oven. Breakfast spread is the same every day, but no complaints! Clean and tidy. Best if it comes with water boiler since we have kids!"
