This was one of our best experiences ever. The view in the hotelroom was absolutely stunning, people absolutely nice and the service was outstanding. Very convenient, digitally enabled and very forward thinking oriented. The Blue Bar is also highly recommended. Unfortunately Shangri-La is only available in the eastern part of the world, we would surely use it more often.

A fantastic location with great views, a good and friendly staff, though this is a rather large property so there isn’t the same level of attentiveness or distinctiveness you might find at another FS hotel. The room was a bit small but otherwise well appointed. Good food in the restaurant, nice holiday decorations for Christmas. Overall I always enjoy staying here when in Sydney, most especially for the location.
