"The room was quite nice and spacious, facing the park with a lovely balcony. However, for a five-star hotel, I was surprised there were no welcome fruits. Also, the smart toilet in our room seemed to be malfunctioning; we mentioned this when we received the follow-up call, and I hope it will be improved. The hotel breakfast was also quite extensive, with local specialties like wheat cakes, seafood noodles, and three-color pastries, all of which I tried. You could also enjoy the view while having breakfast. They even proactively called to deliver a small cake for my husband's birthday, which was a very thoughtful touch."
