"This time Pujiang travel chose Jinxi Oriental Hotel (Pujiang Branch), the experience exceeded expectations! The hotel is conveniently located and it is very convenient to travel for food. The front desk staff is warm and courteous, and the check-in is efficient and fast. The rooms are spacious and bright, the smart equipment in the whole house is convenient to use, the hygiene is in place, and the corners are clean and odorless. The mattress is soft and comfortable, the sound insulation effect is excellent, and the night sleeps peacefully. The breakfast buffet is rich in variety and authentic in taste. The hotel is equipped with a self-service laundry room, intelligent robot service, free tea snacks in the lobby, the details are very intimate. The supporting parking space is sufficient and the self-driving is very friendly. The overall environment is elegant and the price is outstanding. It is suitable for business trips or travel. "Traveling from Zhuji to Yiwu, Sheraton Pujiang was the perfect choice for a family-friendly hotel. Let's start with the positives: it's a 30-minute drive from Yiwu, and compared to the business hotels in downtown Yiwu, the Sheraton at just over 600 RMB offers incredible value for money. Especially since it included tickets to the Miracle Forest, which the kids absolutely loved. We didn't try the water park, so I can't comment on that. The hotel is quite new, so service responsiveness still has some room for improvement, but the housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful in resolving issues. However, during check-in, the front desk didn't fully verify our order details. They didn't proactively give us the Miracle Forest tickets, and we were only given one room key. The room key itself was odd; it worked on the first day but then started failing repeatedly in the evening. The biggest issues were with the internal facilities. The hotel's own kids' play area on the second floor felt a bit crude, was unmanaged, and the books were tattered. Are the pool and gym outsourced? They were very crowded, disorganized, and messy, which significantly detracted from our stay. I understand hotels are revenue-driven, but they should still maintain their brand image.
