瞿叔叔大胡子The breakfast at the hotel is a German-style breakfast. If you want to eat Chinese food, you can go to Fussen Town, where there is a Chinese restaurant, but to be honest, there is a big parking lot on the side of the hotel to park, forgetting Do not charge, when leaving the store, the front desk staff will be very enthusiastic to send you the hotel's refrigerator to you, haha, there are photos of Neuschwanstein, there is no need to go to the scenic area to buy

The location of the hotel is very good, suitable for travel of all kinds of people, through the experience of local various dining halls, personally think that the quality of the dishes in the hotel dining hall is still very good, and the layout of the room is very reasonable and elegant. But it is worth improving the attitude and service awareness of the hotel service staff, which is not good enough now. Great spot. Clean with friendly staff. A bit pricey. No kettle or coffee in room and no fridge either. Not ideal for if you want an early morning coffee. Great breakfast

YINGYINGThe location is very good for Lake Constance, the double bed booked is more spacious, the 10-year-old child has 30 euros bed with breakfast, and the breakfast is quite good. The overall price/performance ratio is quite high.

It is a nice location for a walk, but there is a river around it. I was not in good condition and I couldn't use the sauna, but I would like to try it next time. The front desk was kind and some people were hard to speak English, but they responded politely. It was large in a lodge-style room.

Very good resort hotel. The location scenery service is first-class, directly standing on the balcony to see the lake. You can also see Neuschwanstein Castle. It is worth staying at a resort hotel. The room rate includes breakfast. Lunch and dinner.

We were not free at the check-in, we had a great upgrade without decent!

Guest Userhe hotel itself looked nice at first, but the overall experience was honestly disappointing. Communication between the staff was very poor, especially regarding luggage storage and check-in information. No one clearly explained where we needed to go, so my friend and I had to drag our heavy suitcases around in the rain while trying to find the correct building by ourselves. It was extremely inconvenient and exhausting after a long journey.
The room was acceptable, but the service did not feel welcoming or professional. Some basic information should have been explained properly from the beginning to avoid confusion and unnecessary stress for guests.
The location may be convenient for some travelers, but because of the poor organization and lack of support from the staff, I would probably not choose to stay here again.
