The hotel was very clean, and the service was excellent. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, which made the stay pleasant. The pools were also very clean and were maintained regularly, which was a big plus. However, the hotel could benefit from offering more entertainment options. It tended to feel a bit dull, especially after dinner, with not much to do on-site. On the bright side, the location is great — it’s close to beach bars, which makes the evenings more fun. On the opposite side of the hotel, there’s also a golf area and padel court, which is a nice option for daytime activities.

The room was spacious and the beds very comfortable, the bathroom was great. The only negative: the pillows. My husband loved them, but I couldn't sleep well because they were too high for me. Considering there's a spare pillow in the closet, I suggest making it lower. The facilities were very good and clean, and most of the staff were very friendly. Buffet: some days the quality was just okay. Otherwise, it was good value for money. I applauded the fresh juice and the natural yogurt, although they could be better. The pastries were good, and the grill could be improved. Suggestion: Mark the drinks you order and save them for dinner, as is done in almost all hotels. That way, we would have ordered bottles of wine, even if only for my partner. In summary: Very good, a solid 8. Suggestions: 1. Lower the spare pillow. 2. Label the drinks for subsequent service. 3. Improve the grill, both in terms of what's being cooked and by always having something cooking so you don't have to wait so long.

La verdad que encantada con el hotel recomendaría mucho este hotel que es no tenía muchas expectativas y la verdad que quede encantada la comida excelente y todo ese golpe estoy muy contenta volveremos a repetir. Así que recomendado 100%

Very good with experience although you already know the place being the third time I went.

Está situado muy central del pueblo. Tiene muy buena vista y buen servicio. Las chicas de recepción y de la cafetería merecen un 10. Super simpáticas y informativas. Las habitación bien, en nuestro caso tiene una terraza hacia el río. Sin embargo las instalaciones muy mejorable. Secador no funcionó y la habitación no huele muy agradable.

It was disconnected on the weekend and the refrigerator broke when I got to the room. I fixed it in two hours.
