The staff is very professional and pleasant. The apartment 201 is equipped with all the facilities necessary to spend a good stay, we see the sea from the window of the living room and the kitchen!!! The swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna were really a more to spend a perfect stay! The only small bemol was that it was located on the 2nd floor without lift, being PMR, and traveling alone with 2 children, it was quite complicated to climb and descend these stairs several times a day, especially with the bags.

Nice location however the hotel car park it is not well signposted. Average breakfast for the price. No drawers in the room no minibar or fridge, very basic amenities for a 4 star hotel. The shower door in the bath went beyond the bath edge and allow water to go on the floor creating a paddle in the bathroom. The restaurant was a bit of a disappointing experience considering the price to pay for a mediocre dinner. The staff are completely oblivious to guests requests or suggestions. We ordered the deep fried squid and they were just served as finger food, piping hot when I asked for a plate to transfer the squid from a napkin cone with kitchen foil propping the squid to make it look plentiful, I was told tge you have to eat it with your fingers??. Pepper steak that tasted and looked terrible, the steak was cooked to the right temperature however burned on the outside, the so called peppercorn sauce was just a pan wash, no pepper at all, no stock or seasoning, it tasted like water and salt. I had a bottle of red Burgundy that I drink regularly and to my dissatisfaction on tasting the wine it was unbalanced, when I pointed this out to the staff, the wine was taken away somewhere in the back, the waitress then returned to say that her colleague had said that the wine was fine and that decanting it would correct the wine. The decanter was clearly chipped on the rim and I objected and requested at the least a non chipped one. The wine didn’t correct. Apart from the company of my wife and the garden surrounding all the rest was very unlike of what a 4 star hotel’s restaurant should provide. The grounds of the hotel are very relaxing and comfortable,

Pas a la hauteur de nos espérances. Établissement bien situé, mais parking payant sans grand avantage. Nous avions réservé pour deux personnes, la réservation était pour 3 par erreur sur le formulaire, a l’arrivée le personnel nous a quand même facturé la 3 eme personne alors que nous étions que deux… Propreté moyenne, cheveux dans la douche et moquette sale dans la chambre avec odeur douteuse. Spa et piscine médiocre, hammam sale, piscine froide pour tout de même 35€. Nous garderons en tête l’emplacement et la tranquillité du lieu.
