BurcuUzunHotel Sumratin is brand new, with a very modern and impressive design hotel.
I was really pleased with the size, comfort, and cleanliness of the rooms. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of options.
From the reception team to housekeeping and all the staff, everyone was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive.
The hotel is within walking distance of the beach and the bus stop for bus #6 to the Old Town is also very close, which makes getting around very convenient.
Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and this is definitely a hotel I would love to stay at again. Highly recommended!

Guest UserA Great place to stay.
We were pleasantly suprised by the access to 6 different pools on arrival to our hotel including 1 on the rooftop. The amenities were so good. There was a lovely gym, spa on site also with access to all. Breakfast was great each morning.
The location was perfect, right on the bay with great views, and the perfect view of the sunset each night.
There was a bus stop just a 2 minute walk away, which was just a €2 trip to Old Town.
The staff were friendly, more so those in the Vista Bar who were very helpful than at the reception but nevertheless, still friendly.
Rooms were nice and clean, cleaned every morning for us to arrive to fresh bedsheets by each afternoon.
Only negatives i can really find was that there were no double beds in the rooms, only 2 single beds joined together to lake a double, I had called and the man at reception said this was the case for the whole hotel.
Entertainment at night could have been better also, we found ourselves leaving the hotel each night to find better.

WanderlustfoodieGreat location for solo female travellers. 7mins walk to the old town where you can get food and take day trips from. In the afternoon when it gets too hot, you can come back to the hotel for a siesta or chill by the deck chairs. House keeping was great with constant refreshing of the room. Would stay here again.
Only negative is that there’s a live band playing at a nearby beach club from 8pm to around 10.50pm each night. Can’t get any rest until the set ends (even with ear plugs on). I had assumed that the live band was playing at a restaurant within the hotel as the music was so loud but the concierge clarified that it was from a nearby beach club and it’s because it’s summer. To be fair the music was nice but loud.

flower999123The Royal Princess Hotel is the best hotel in this European tour, no doubt about it!
Facilities: The luxurious sea view suite chosen this time is decorated in a medieval style, luxurious and atmospheric, very palace style, with two super large rooms and two bathrooms, one of which is a double sink. All bedding, mattresses, and bathrooms are of super high configuration. Outside the luxurious floor-to-ceiling glass windows is the endless Adriatic Sea. Sitting in the room to watch the sunrise and sunset is simply amazing! The hotel gym is fully equipped with equipment, an indoor swimming pool, and a sauna. After dinner, you can experience it. It really feels like a vacation!
Hygiene: It is worthy of being a five-star hotel. It is clean and tidy, and the details reveal the quality of a star hotel everywhere!
Environment: The hotel faces the sea, and the overall environment layout is very good. The hotel has multiple swimming pools, including seawater swimming pools and rooftop infinity pools! After the second day of the tour, come back and enjoy the romance of the infinity pool, accompanied by the sunset of the Adriatic Sea, don't be too beautiful! The hotel's breakfast is also a seaside table, where you can enjoy delicious food while watching the sea view. The hotel has several dinner restaurants, most of which are seaside restaurants with great views. We ordered food here both nights, and the dishes were very flavorful!
Service: The lobby staff was enthusiastic and patiently introduced the surrounding attractions, the location and functional layout of each area of the hotel, and drew them one by one with a pen, so that we could have a pleasant experience here!
If the rating standard is 100, I would give the Royal Princess Hotel 120 points! It's too good value and meets all my wishes for a sea view room!

Come to Dubrovnik in winter, it is really right to choose the Kaupas Hotel! As a seaside hotel, its environment is completely beyond expectations. The classic double room has a balcony. The door is the blue view of the Adriatic Sea. The warm winter sun is sprinkled on the sea, and the atmosphere is directly full. The service is also online throughout the whole process, from check-in to check-out.
The most surprising thing is the breakfast, which is rich in variety, from fresh toast, local cheese to freshly squeezed juice, hot omelets, and quality is not lost to a first-line five-star hotel. Although it is winter, the occupancy rate of the New Year's Day holiday is still very high. The breakfast period is particularly popular. It is recommended that you go early to enjoy this rich breakfast slowly, otherwise you may need to wait for the location. The overall experience is very good, whether it is a trip with friends or a couple holiday is very suitable!

Not up to 5-star standards
You sold me an ocean view, I got a mountain view, a parking lot view, and a side view. The reception
They didn't take my half-board into account. I didn't have a meal the first night. The restaurant closed at 9:30 p.m. I arrived at 9 p.m., just in time for the breakfast.
They didn't offer me anything since there are paid restaurants, but there's room service. They could have offered me a snack in my room after a flight delay due to the weather and fatigue.
I made this point the next day. I was given a bottle of white wine, not red as I had requested. It was perhaps too expensive for me, but at the table I did see wine served, plus six macaroons.
Same for departure. I had asked from the beginning if I could have my room, even if I paid a supplement, because of a late flight at 7:30 p.m.
The response was negative, too many reservations.
I was given two shared shower stalls at the spa, which were not cleaned between each guest. I had to walk around with my clothes in my hands until I got to the spa.
I'll end on a positive note; I had a very good stay.
The site is magnificent, the hotel is quiet despite the crowds at the resort.

Although this hotel is situated quite some distance from the Old Town this is not a bad thing at all. Insect I very much appreciated being removed from the thick crowds and noise, and very much enjoyed the peace and tranquility and spectacular sea views from this wonderful resort. Definitely worth paying extra for a c facing room, for breathtaking panoramas day and night.
My room was elegantly decorated and very comfortable, with ample space for everything although a luggage rack or designated space for luggage would enhance overall comfort greatly.
Staff were generally helpful and polite, with special mention to Matija the Restaurant Manager, who, despite handling large volumes of customers, remained unfailingly cheerful and energetic.
The breakfast buffet was very generous by European standards, whilst the dinner buffet selection was also more than adequate and quite good value at 35 Euros per person.
As mentioned in previous reviews, a bus connects the Babin Kuk area (where the Royal Ariston and her neighboring sister hotels, the Royal Princess, Royal Blue, Royal Palm and Neptun are situated) to the Old Town. If you purchase the 40 Euro Dubrovnik City pass, discovers one day worth of this bus travel plus access to the city walls and its museums.
Cannot recommend this resort highly enough and look forward to my return.

The environment is invincible, and the hotel is very cost-effective. As soon as you enter the lobby downstairs, you will be shocked. There is an invincible sea view and a private beach. There is a small beach club in the hotel. Some marine activities can be played in the private waters. The hotel also has a brochure recommending various local marine fee projects, which can be booked through the hotel. The restaurant food is very delicious. I booked a dinner at the Monteni restaurant on the sixth floor, which is 40 euros per person. The appetizers and desserts are self-service. The cost-effectiveness is very high. The handsome waiter is really nice and considerate. The dining environment is also first-class. I highly recommend it.

This is a really nice budget hotel, located in Lapad, away from the hustle & bustle of the old town, and close to the beach. We had a large room with an extremely comfortable bed/pillows, and a terrace/balcony. I thought it was a great idea to have clothes drying racks on the balconies, perfect for your beach towels & swimsuits. We had the breakfast, and it was pretty much the same every day. But even for us vegans, we could get something nice to eat. And for people with no dietary restrictions, there is even more choice. Our shower was faulty, which we reported to staff on our first morning. As it was the weekend, they advised that it probably wouldn't be fixed immediately, but by Tuesday we had a brand new shower head (the shower was usable, just faulty - we didn't have to exist without a shower!) The staff were lovely, friendly, helpful, and gave good tips about the beaches and surrounding area.
There is a bus stop directly across the street from the hotel, where you can catch Bus 6 to the old town. The buses are small and very busy (September) and the cost is 2.50 euro one way. We did also buy tickets in advance from the kiosk in the town, where they are a little cheaper (1.70). And I must admit, we walked to the old town on several occasions. 30 minute walk, but with beautiful views. The beaches close by are lovely. There is a great walking path along the coast, and at some spots you can walk down stone steps to small seating areas, where you can also jump into the ocean and swim. We did this instead of going to the pebble beaches and hiring sun loungers.
Overall, this was a really nice hotel, perfect for what we wanted. It is not high end, glam or luxurious, but it is comfortable, clean and friendly.
