It's good. There's a bathtub, it's clean, and the towels are cleaned well.
It's quiet, doesn't smell, and there are many convenience stores and restaurants nearby.
There is also a Budae Jjigae restaurant nearby.

I booked because the entire motel room was a non-smoking room, but when I actually used it, the smell of cigarettes was bad in the room.
