"We visited the Mangala Resort during the Christmas break for a 3-night stay, and it was truly a delightful experience. The resort was beautifully decorated for the festive season, which added a magical touch to our holiday.
The staff was incredibly attentive and welcoming, always ensuring our needs were met with a smile. We stayed in the Jala Villa, which was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The property itself is stunning, with scenic views and a serene atmosphere that made our stay truly relaxing.
We had a fantastic time engaging in various activities during our stay. We played badminton, enjoyed swimming, and spent time at the stunning infinity pool, which offered breathtaking views. Cycling around the resort and taking long, peaceful walks were also highlights of our days. One of the staff member(Sam) even went out of their way to show us around the property with a buggy ride, which was a thoughtful gesture we appreciated.
Overall, we had a wonderful time, and it was a holiday to remember. The only feedback we have is regarding the meals. While the food quality was good, the menu options were quite limited, and we feel the resort could benefit from including more variety. Additionally, the breakfast croissants were a bit dry and could be improved.
Despite this, our stay was fantastic, and we would highly recommend Mangala Resort for a peaceful, scenic, and activity-filled getaway."
