A truly deserving and authentic resort hotel, offering a perfect experience.
1. Upon check-in, the hotel allows you to sit down rather than stand and wait, and thoughtfully provides a freshly prepared cocktail.
2. As the hotel features a dispersed room layout, after check-in, the front desk staff will personally escort you to your room, kindly helping you with your luggage along the way.
3. Umbrellas are readily available at every staircase, elevator, under the eaves, and at restaurant entrances, ensuring you're prepared for any rain.
4. The gym not only provides towels, water, and air conditioning, but also thoughtfully offers small bananas for an energy boost whenever you need it.
5. Even regular service staff can communicate with you in fluent English, and housekeeping staff will proactively and warmly greet you whenever they see you.
6. Every day upon returning, the room is impeccably clean and tidy, creating an incredibly comfortable and pleasant atmosphere.
The infinity pool seamlessly connects with the endless beach. I saw many guests lounging there all day.
The overall layout, landscape, and the quality of the rooms at the hotel also provide an indescribable sense of comfort. If there's one regret, it's that the entire hotel is a bit on the small side, as stepping outside the hotel feels like entering a completely different world.

Anonymous UserThis is the most satisfying villa hotel I've ever stayed at. The space is huge and very clean, and the kitchen and bathroom facilities are incredibly complete, making it as convenient as being at home. There's also a laundry room, though they don't provide detergent, so you'll need to bring your own or buy it at the front desk. The pool is quite large, and the cleaning staff come to tidy up daily. The breakfast selection is rich, with delicious freshly made pho, and the pastries and gelato taste just like they do in Europe. Our room had a free minibar and cocktails every day, and the dinner was also very good. The hotel environment is excellent, with lots of trees and good privacy. You can just do nothing and relax by the pool all day.

Guest UserI stayed in a suite room.
I booked a pool view, but I wasn't assigned one.
It was supposed to be full board with 3 meals a day, but only breakfast is buffet-style, while lunch and dinner are 3-course meals. Drinks are also not included and must be ordered at an additional cost.
The breakfast buffet only offered juice as a beverage, and the quality wasn't good.
The room was spacious and the bathroom was nice, but there was a bad smell from the sofa, making it unpleasant to sit on.
The buggy car service to nearby tourist attractions was excellent.

Guest UserI forgot to take pictures inside the room, but the bed was huge and very comfortable. The hotel includes many services. First, they offered a 45-minute tour, and the driver was excellent. He took us to popular photo spots, even helped us take pictures with our phones, and the last stop was a cafe they partnered with, where we got two delicious specialty coffees. Back at the hotel, they gave us two complimentary massages, which were very relaxing. You can watch fireworks at 9:30 PM from your room or the rooftop. The hotel also has a buggy service, so you can go anywhere in Sunset Town, and they'll drive you there and back. There's also a free shuttle service to the airport.

VkcccI really have to give this hotel 100 points!
I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Phu Quoc who isn't focused on sightseeing. You could absolutely stay at this hotel and not leave at all. Before booking, I mentioned it was for a birthday celebration, and the hotel thoughtfully helped with decorations and a cake. The breakfast was a delightful surprise, very delicious with many varieties. The SPA is a must-try! I went two days in a row! If you don't have enough cash, they do accept credit cards. It's not cheap, but it's definitely worth it.
Taking a Grab, you can reach the Sonasea Night Market near the hotel in 4 minutes. The hotel also has a shuttle bus, but only at one specific time.
I recommend trying the night market stall named 'My Seafood'. It's super crowded, mostly with Koreans, but the food is excellent.
Also, I highly recommend trying the hotel's mango series – you won't want to go home once you're here!😋😋 There's also a private beach perfect for photos.
The service here is truly 100 points, absolutely impeccable ❤️

KKLYXThis hotel is absolutely fantastic, my husband and I truly loved it. The staff were very warm, polite, and attentive. The hotel breakfast was abundant, and the room was clean. The only really negative point was the large number of Indian guests, who were quite disgusting and impolite. One Indian child broke a plate in the bread area, and a piece of shattered ceramic hit my husband's leg. The child's father stood by, hands in pockets, watching, and never once apologized, disciplined the child, or showed any shame. Instead, the restaurant staff came to apologize. Also, the Indian guests were very noisy and looked dirty; this was the only uncomfortable aspect. The hotel's beach bar was beautiful and great for photos. The room facilities were complete, and the private pool was cleaned daily. Room service had a 24-hour menu, and the food tasted good. There's also a free shuttle to Safari and VinWonders. Aside from the high number of Indian guests, there were no other issues with Vinpearl Wonderworld Phu Quoc.

moniLamMovenpick Villas & Residences Phu Quoc's environment, facilities and the entire resort, including both indoor and outdoor spaces of the rooms, are absolutely impeccable! I booked a room with breakfast included. On top of that, the resort provided complimentary airport transfers and a free chocolate fountain available during afternoon tea hours every day, making it excellent value for money.
Beyond the nearly-perfect physical amenities, I would especially like to commend the resort's outstanding service. I was impressed by how attentive every staff member across all departments was, creating a truly welcoming home-away-from-home experience for guests. I mean every single staff member - from the front desk and restaurant teams to housekeeping - the service level was superb and truly remarkable.
There was one small incident: I accidentally left my mobile phone inside the room safe after check-out. The hotel proactively contacted me. Although we have not yet finalised the logistics for getting the phone returned to me, the hotel has replied to my emails promptly every time, which has already given me great peace of mind.

HUYENNKPros:
- Well-equipped facilities and a spacious environment with a comfortable garden.
- Delicious and varied breakfast, I particularly loved the hu tieu (noodle soup).
- Spacious room with a mini-kitchen, a balcony, and convenient drying racks. Disposable amenities are available upon request, as the resort stores them to protect the environment.
Areas for improvement:
- The Sonasea area isn't very large. It would be better if the resort upgraded its buggy service for all guests, making it easier to go out for meals, entertainment, and shopping nearby, as everything is within about 1km. The shuttle bus schedule to the airport is also quite limited.
- The large swimming pool and private beach are great, but there are too few activities. Swim floats and bicycles have to be rented hourly. It would be better if these were included in the room rate and free for guests, as many other 5-star resorts do this. The pool also lacks a slide for children, which is a shame given its size.
- There are very few activities for children. The kids' club is tiny and only has toys for babies. It also closes early at 6 PM, so kids can't play in the evening. There aren't many activities within the kids' club either.
- The bar only opens at 5 PM. I wanted to go up earlier to take pictures, but couldn't. The sky bar is beautiful but locked.

Guest UserEally do appreciate the hotels hospitality. Our son was sick, they send a caring nurse to give him some medicine. Also they provided the porridge that the nurse recommended and am very thoughtful.
Hotel also provided shuttle services to airport, which is great.
One last, but no least, i told the reception that on the first night and the next morning that upstairs were noisy. The next night, they called and ask us hows the noise level, and am ready to switch the room for us if necessary.
I have not experience this kind of hospitality from a hotel for a long while..

Howard_LeeNOT RECOMMENDED!! IF u expecting the visitor after 10pm. I was booking in room massage from legal/registered massage shop after long day outdoor activities.
Upon my therapist arrived at 10:41pm and called me said that reception staffs NOT allowed guest enter guest room after 10pm and left.
I had made a called to reception to informed them about my therapist is there but staff insisting NOT allowed visitor after 10pm then I asked again even my friend BUT still same result. (It's included family as long as they're not stay to their hotel then treated as VISITOR).
I'm so upset and read the hotel policies from trip.com but totally no mentioned at all and even their ”Hotel Policy Board” located right infront the reception desk can't find this claused too (refer to attached photo).
Also, I had talked to the staff and request them to show me the hotel policy but the staff just tried to searched from their computer and even get the security manager to approached me. Same result, no way for them to present me the hotel policies with this claused.
One thing I must complimenting is their overall service is good and friendly staffs BUT NOT this Ridiculous policy which undisclosed to the public!!
Anyway, please refer to below what hotel ”Guest Experience Manager” explained to me via email.

Dear Mr. Lee,
Thank you for your prompt response.
I fully understand your concerns, especially as your intention was simply to enjoy a relaxing in-room massage after a long day.
To clarify, the restriction is our security and visitor-management policy, rather than a regulation that applies uniformly to every hotel in Phu Quoc, but this is the common hotel regulation in Vietnam, including Phu Quoc. The policy is intended to maintain the security, privacy of all guests, to ensure proper control of external persons accessing the hotel after hours and also to avoid ************ supporting to requirement from the government.
Regarding friends or family members staying at another hotel, the same visitor procedure applies. If you have a visitor during the allowed time, you must pass by reception to register them to be a visitor and they must leave your room before 10PM.
We acknowledge your point that this restriction was not clearly communicated to you. We understand how this could have caused confusion, and we sincerely apologize that this was not made clearer to you before or during your stay.
We appreciate your feedback and will review how this policy is communicated to guests to avoid similar misunderstandings in the future.
Yours sincerely,
Kayden Huynh (Mr.)
Guest Experience Manager
