Nugget Casino Resort Reviews

Stayed on the 19th floor, but the windows had no sound insulation. Freeway traffic noise was very loud day and night. Also, Trip.com listed an incorrect resort fee, I had to pay extra at the property.

We had the worst experience with this hotel. Upon check in we were told we only had 1 room booked not 2. I showed them my confirmation email that showed 2 rooms and they didn't care they just wanted to argue about it. We got locked out of our room twice because the keys did not work. The first time it cost us our dinner plans because it took over 45 minutes to resolve and the second time was late at night when we returned we could not get back in the room. Each time we had to explain the booking to them because they did not update it in there system. Rooms were ok. Shower had good pressure but the drain backed up easily. We stayed for 2 nights but never got our rooms made up? There were $service charges tacked on to our bill when we checked out. We only ate at the hotel once for breakfast and it was not good at all. Bacon, hashbrowns and sausage were undercooked. We will not be staying here again.

Rooms old & dated.. no coffee makers in room and most mornings 2030 min wait for black coffee at Starbucks ( only 1 person working Monday morning. Rosie’s was the worst Sunday night-30 minute wait to get a table ( only 2 people in line ahead of us) and almost 30 minutes to get sandwiches that needed no cooking.. they too said they were short staffed. Went back another night but chicken dishes we ate were awful.. cooks need to learn how to make “Marsala sauce”  hot water in our room only working on and off.. don’t think we would comeback- though we come to sparks for baseball and stay 5 nights

Overall it was a nice stay. Just need to keep the linens smooth and the shower tub free from stain (red).

Did not get to stay at the hotel

The AC in the room was making a lot of noise. There was no cleaning/service to my room for 5 days. The attendant who checked me in did not tell me I had to call in for cleaning services daily. He did not accept my AARP card.The toilet was leaking water on the floor on the bathroom

There was a bug on the bed so I left we didn’t stay there. They hotel did refund the resort fee, offered another room but if one has bugs I’m not staying.

Rooms were hot. Tried to call front desk many times through out the day never answered

I have stayed here before, and it is convenient based on where my son lives. For food, I suggest Rosie’s in the ****** or across the street to Chuy’s Mexican and Great Basin Brewery. The pool and gym are nice with views. I stayed on the side of the train yard this time, which was pretty cool (not disruptive). Hanging out in the lobby is fine if not ********. Seems many regulars go here. So many summer events on the schedule nearby. Attended the Dragon Lights near UNR (really pretty park), and explored the Wild Waterpark. Uber was easy, but convenirnce stores require a ride. Very scenic drive to Virginia City. Thx for upgrade.

I did not eat food there they charge me more than the amount that you told me i was remaining apart from the $100 dollars that I would get back after I check out no one came to clean the room I of to call for clean towels etc
