Great location for Liverpool airport. Less than 15 minutes drive from the airport car park. Lovely clean room. Pleasant staff. Ideal after a long flight.

Stay night before holiday, good location for airport, a lot of maintenance on exterior of building. Shame about the noisy plumbing, kept awake most of the night. Would have mentioned to team member, but no one on reception when we left

Good location for an early morning flight and at a reasonable price. Staff were friendly and had the option of being able to store my bag ahead of check in.

Room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. But be aware that alcoholic drinks are unavailable after 11pm - I fully understand the reason but it was disappointing that I was unable to have a 'nightcap' with friends.

Near the airport. During the night no airplane, no noise ! It was a good experience because our flight was early in the morning

Stayed here before our early flight , pleasant staff , only problem we had was with others staying , a full football team with adult and teenagers, teenagers banging doors and shouting when they arrived and again late at night as our flight was early hours , they were asked to be quite by us but didn't so we reported to reception who said they've had a few complaints so they had a word with the team leaders

I've stayed at this hotel a few times, and it's always been fine until recently. Dont usually do this, but the attitude of the supervisor on reception her name was Alison i told her i was going to make a complaint but he didn't seem bothered this is unacceptable she was quite rude, and her response to things were not very nice it used to be a nice hotel also the night staff are very nice maybe you should change your staff around.

Convenient location to Liverpool airport. Easy to get to using public transport (£2). Clean, comfortable hotel. Excellent value for money.
