"The views from this hotel are amazing but everything else was a disappointment. We had upgraded to a deluxe room which was actually very basic. A bare room without bedside lamps or even a bedside table. It smelt very strongly of bleach - fortunately we were able to open the door to the terrace to air the room. The bathroom was in need of attention. Toilet flush about to drop off the wall, washbasin wouldn’t drain and excess wiring left in the light fittings. In our opinion this is not a 4 star hotel."

"Three night stay in this "hotel" with a small room used as a reception, file cabinet and breakfast room. The rooms located in a "condominium" that you reach by crossing a road, fortunately not very busy, were poorly soundproofed. In the morning at breakfast to sit at a table you had to move what was used by other customers and the trays were often empty. Positive note the location, very convenient to the center of Spello."

"A duck in the past thanks to the furniture and suplete of once, well preserved.I stayed with my family in Queen's room. A charming, comfortable, very careful, quiet. Thanks to the gentle staff. Mr. Aldo attacked everything. I felt home and cocktailed. A super breakfast with homade cake. We bought very good oil. A real farming. I'll return to the opening of the pool."

"We spent a really special holiday in this beautiful country house "Terre del Cantico" in Spello (PG). Since our arrival we have been welcomed with great warmth and availability by the owner Alberto, who has always been careful and careful, ready to meet all our needs. The structure is well-detailed: a perfect balance between architectural charm, modern comfort and shade authenticity. Each corner tells a story, and breathes a relaxing and genuine atmosphere. The pool is a real strength: well maintained, suitable for both those looking for relaxation and those traveling with children. There are no green spaces and shadow areas to read a book or just enjoy the peace of the countryside. Spello is a strategic basis for explorating Umbria: in a few minutes you reach Assisi, Spoleto, Bevagna, Montefalco and Perugia. But staying in the country is also a pleasure: the historic centre is a jewel, rich in history and traditions, butterhouses, restaurants and services of all kinds. It also offers good food, both in the structure and in the rooms recommended by the owner: genuine tastes, local products and genuine reception. "Great little B&B very close to Spello. We used it as a base to explore Umbria for 4 nights. The property is on a main road just outside the city walls with public parking across the road. We did find a couple of times when returning due to the bank holiday or the weekend that getting a parking spot could be sometimes difficult. The room was spacious with a nice bathroom however unfortunately there was a drainage smell issue which ruined our stay a little bit. We put a towel over the shower drain which fixed it for the most part. Breakfast was great with a savoury or sweet option per person, coffee and juice etc. You won't go hungry! It was too cold for the pool in May but we used the spa after a lengthy Roman trail which was amazing. Overall a good place for the price."
