Courses needed in hospitality! The outside of the hotel lacks curb appeal, paint peeling, etc. When I went in to check in, I had to speak first because the lady was on her phone and it was obvious that I was interrupting her. She didn't even speak! If i wasn't in a hurry to get checked in to get dressed for a wedding, I would have went elsewhere. HOSPITALITY is just that. Wanted to sleep in a little while the next morning to be prepared for our trip home. NO SUCH LUCK!! At 7:30, the maids were up and down the hall, speaking very loud spanish!! If ever our path's take us back in this area, we will not be staying at this hotel.

The friendly staff made our stay very pleasant. Would recommend this property to anyone travelling to the Salisbury area

Quiet inconvenient. Service was great. Much older property. Faucet dripped in the tub. Issues with flushing the toilet. Breakfast was not the greatest.

Overall appearance of the hotel is not good. Torn furniture, mixed matched furniture, no cushion in chair. Doors to the rooms, the paint was off and there were scratches. I use a walker and I park in the handicap parking. Why are the handicap parking spaces beside the building near the swimming pool. They should be near the main door. The color of the building is not appealing.

the room I stayed in was very dirty, the carpet felt very sandy and full of hair, there were stains of dubious origin on the walls, the bed was quite uncomfortable and noisy, the sofa bed was very old, uncomfortable and outdated, nothing to do with the photos shown online, the TV did not work well, it's incredible how in 2025 they don't have smart TVs, the staff was not the best but it was not bad either, it was average, all night you could hear in the next room how they opened and closed a sliding door every 4 or 5 seconds and I'm not lying when I say it was all night and when I asked the hotel staff about that noise they didn't know how to answer me or know the origin and the breakfast leaves a lot to be desired, I don't understand how it is possible that they have the refrigerators where they have the yogurt, milk and those things locked. I had already stayed at this hotel on several occasions and they had been good experiences, but this last one made me realize that the hotel is getting old and they don't renew the things that need to change so that it continues to be comfortable and attractive for the client. I definitely will not stay here again, there being many better options not far from there.

Quality as expected for the establishment and price. Convenient location. Clean little Quirkiness with the shower but no major issue. Some loud trucks outside. Good breakfast GREAT coffee. Would stay again! Good value for the price for sure!!
