"The hotel staff was very polite as usual (we have stayed in this hotel several times in the past). However the facility could benefit from an upgrade on the rooms, finishes and furnishings. The beach and the location are fantastic. The life guard, Filippo, deserves special credit for his high professional and capable performance of his work. We will probably return to this hotel."

"Great B&B experience, highly recommended for visiting Sperlonga! The B&B staff were friendly and amenable, and there were many reasons why we enjoyed our stay: - Excellent location: 3 minutes' walk from the ocean, 30 seconds' walk to the bus stop that takes you to/from the train station at Fondi, and 3 minutes' walk from a convenient grocery store. - Fun rooms with a super little balcony: vintage tiles in the room, a handy fridge, and a balcony with a drying rack that was useful for our beach towels and swimsuits - Bikes: the B&B has bikes for guests to use that made getting around Sperlonga easy and fun."

"The residence is located near a very green and quiet residential area about a kilometer from the town center. There are no shops nearby. Our apartment was a two-room apartment with a sofa bed in the kitchen. Suitable for a stay of two people (there were in fact two cups even though we were three). Equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher, large terrace overlooking the old town of Sperlonga. I recommend reviewing the cleanliness of the bathroom fan."

"Lovely little 2* hotel. Room 13 has the best view out over the historic town and sea. Short steep walk up from the main square in the historic town. Breakfast simple but adequate. Staff so lovely. Rooms simple and small with balcony. Bathroom seemed quite new. All very clean. Slept very well."
