This is the worst 4-star hotel in Italy !!! The walls are paper thin, the shower is the size of a phone booth, and the towels are cheap and thin. Toilet paper feels like sandpaper. The plumbing is noisy, and one can hear whenever someone on the same floor goes to the washroom. Breakfast is a disaster. There is poor selection. The coffee machine does not work. Mold on the orange juice container. Scrambled eggs are overcooked & dry. Hard-boiled eggs are cold & overcooked. Bread is a white, "supermarket" loaf. It is obvious that noboby cares about the hotel guests. Avoid if at all possible !!!

Booked last minute on our road trip. The underground car park was a bonus. The room very spacious, clean and perfect for a good nights sleep. Short walk to town centre and restaurants. Checking in seamless . Accepted room service so enjoyed prosecco in room before going out to dinner.

Basic no frills hotel that we chose because of close proxmity to the pedestrian mall. Also, it is possible to take a longer walk to old town. Both elevator and shower extremely small and claustrophobic. Complimentary breakfast served. Satisfactory for one night.

Sono stato ospite dell’Hotel Royal di Cosenza, per la prima volta, quasi 24 anni fa. L’atmosfera che si è respirata da sempre è stata quella amichevole. Ottima l’accoglienza del personale Stanze ben pulite e soprattutto insonorizzate. L’hotel è ubicato a pochi passi da Corso Mazzini. Buona cucina a pranzo e cena e buona prima colazione. Una lode particolare al maestro di sala Roberto, persona di grande stile. Sempre ad accontentare anche i clienti più esigenti. Il Royal hotel ormai è un’istituzione cosentina. Continuerò a ritornarci per lavoro e tra meno di due anni festeggeremo i 25 anni di amicizia. Parola di Guida Turistica.

Trascorso presso questa struttura una notte ad aprile 2025. Struttura senza infamia e senza lode Il punto di forza è la posizione. Pochi passi e sei sul corso pedonale. E' dotato di un garage a pagamento (€ 10) sicuramente molto comodo. Ho alloggiato in una quadrupla. Un letto matrimoniale molto ampio e due lettini uno a destra ed uno a sinistra del matrimoniale Camera sicuramente soddisfacente Colazione sufficiente Prezzo onesto Tornando a Cosenza penso che rialloggerei in questa struttura.

Ottima posizione al centro della città, la camera che ci hanno dato era molto ampia ed accogliente, dotata di tutti i comfort, personale gentile e professionale, ottima la cena. Molto utile la presenza del garage. Ottimo anche il rapporto qualità,- prezzo.
