Strandhotel Seeblick

The hotel rooms were fantastic, with amazing views. We booked a lake-view room, and the terrace opened directly onto the lake. The room was also spacious. However, transportation was a bit slow. After arriving at Spiez train station, you need to take bus number 60 (get off at Dorf stop) to the hotel area. Buses are infrequent, running almost once an hour, so plan your trip accordingly. Breakfast was average, but the lake view made it a perfect 100. I look forward to returning. Picture 4 shows the hotel. The bus stop is for Spiez, and the bus stop across the street leads from Spiez train station towards the hotel.

The environment is beautiful; you can see the lake and snow-capped mountains from the balcony, and the air is very fresh. There's a convenience store not far from the hotel, which is very convenient. The stars in the sky at night are numerous and bright. The bridge's colors constantly change with the lights.

The location is convenient for those without a car, as it's only accessible by train🚃 and bus🚌, but the bus🚌 stops right there, so it's not a problem. It's a lovely hotel🏨, but the arrogance of the young female owner at the reception desk was the worst experience I've had on my 90-day trip around Europe. Even when I asked for a glass of ice, she glared at the computer trying to decide how much to charge. I'm staying for three nights, but can't they provide that level of service🈂️?😡 At night, it was loud from nearby noises, and they didn't even change the towels. The second towel was hard and had torn edges, so it looked like a bath mat. The balcony is spacious, but there's no dividing line between the rooms, so I felt safe inside the room.😡 It's unbelievable.😡 In short, the front desk service is just terrible.😡

The pictures online looked like a very nice leisure resort hotel. In fact, the hotel building is smaller than the pictures show, not that... The facilities are outdated. We went to the restaurant downstairs (the same one) to borrow a bottle opener, and the waiter was even hesitant about whether he believed me and refused to return it... The attitude was average and a bit discriminatory. However, the black girl in the restaurant was very nice, the scenery was nice, and the hotel was... well... This rating is not accurate. You should check Google more.
