Splinderova Bouda lies halfway along the trail from Szewnica to Śnieżka and seems like a natural spot to stop for a meal. But don’t be fooled! It’s a place where you can grab a beer, but don’t count on getting any food. My personal experience, confirmed by other guests, was as follows: 45 minutes after placing our order, we were informed that the waiter had never passed it on to the kitchen. But “now it will be ready soon.” That “soon” meant soup after another 30 minutes. And then came the news that the kitchen wouldn’t manage to prepare anything else and we wouldn’t be getting any more food. Unless we wanted beer. The entire staff seemed completely unfazed, making it clear this wasn’t just a one-off mistake but rather their standard way of operating. They even seemed annoyed that a customer might be upset after such an experience! Just a 10-minute walk further is the Odrodzenie mountain hut, where guests are treated much better. I sincerely advise you – don’t make the same mistake we did and give Splinderova Bouda a wide berth!

We had a pleasant stay at the Hotel. However I personally will have my concerns to revisit the Hotel for my next year Skiing 2024. Reason given is as follows: - NO Kids Menu for the age between 3 and 12 - Parking area not plowed during the week, had daily trouble to get the car out of the Parking lot. - Unfriendly Reception as of Wednesday to Saturday - TV Program shared in Room, however unable to view German Channels as pointed out available in room Information Guide - Requesting as a guest a snow shuffle at the reception, the gentlemen wanted a deposit even we are staying at your Hotel in Room 204.

300KC, 60PLN, 13 euro for car park is a joke. There is no ticket machine which let you choose time you want to leave your car so for 1h or 10mins you pay at reception like for full day. I fully understand costs of running business but not this tricky way. It is most expensive car park in the world. Believe me. Very unfair to people.
