One of the extra pillow's no pillow case And no chocolate bar inside the room and plus the bathroom no cleaned properly, Only i like was the receptionist her name "shasha" she is very helpful thanks to her, Well done! only just for cleaning need to be improve. But do not worries for chocolate i asked in reception they give 3 chocolate powder i was happy with thank you.

Mostly good but there were few issues as mentioned below. Two single mattresses were provided on a kig size bed. This lead to discomfort while sleeping in the middle of the bed. Floor carpet was not clean enough to refect the standard of premier in hotels I stayed before. WiFi was too slow, I rather opted to use mobile data.

I expected more from a Premier Inn. The room was 200m away from reception. No lifts. Room too warm. No air con. Premier Plus room where WiFi didn’t work. Windows open an inch and don’t get me started on the Brewers Fayre next door. All in all an awful place to stay.

The bed was incredibly uncomfortable , slept terribly and awoke with a achey back Hard pillows Room was extremely hot and stuffy When we told the reception staff on check out , all they could say was “ there was a fan in your room “! The brewer’s fayre bar/ restaurant was dirty and put me off from having breakfast there . Filthy chairs and tables .

Was great. Staff were all friendly. Check in was easy. the restraunt/bar was great and very friendly accommodating staff. Realy enjoyed my stay at this premier Inn and breakfast was lovly. All you can eat and oh I eat! Thanks everyone at Premier Inn South

A very quiet hotel just outside the city centre. The staff were very welcoming at all times, both in the hotel and in the restaurant. Luke and Lenesha were great, as well as others whose names I unfortunately didn't get. Any issues or questions I had were dealt with immediately. All in all a very good stay.

Worst one we've been inn Good points staff and location 20.mins from centre.Bad points it's tired and on ground floor cannot open windows so stuffy.Had an email from premier saying we could check in at 12 but once got there 15 pound charge for early check in, no mention on email., Brewers fayre fish fryer was broken as was coffee steamer all weekend.Due to rugby we where charged 200 plus per night..Breakfast self service and mediocre. Without doubt the worst one yet that we have stayed in.

We had a lovely stay. Unfortunately only a couple of downfalls, No bath mat in bathroom, my mum Slip nothing to serious thank god. Only 2 towels for our group considering family of 3. And food across they way wasn’t great, We walked into Cardiff which is only 20 min walk. We also visited Cardiff castle which was lovely. We were aloud to leave the car for most of the day after checkout which was an added bonus for us.
