Great location and the service by the front desk was exceptional

Do not stay!!! Not a hotel, it’s a motel with outward facing doors to sketchy downtown Spokane. I’ve stayed in motels for $80 a night that were nicer than this place. Room smelled bad, carpet was ripped, overall just gross room. My partner and I informed the front desk who offered no apology and we decided we would rather eat the costs and leave to stay at a different hotel in Spokane valley rather than stay in that room. Only highlight of this place is the short walking distance to many restaurants, but literally just pay for parking and stay somewhere else!

-I have always trusted Delta Stays. It is the first time I am writing a bad review of a property and the first time Delta Stays has let me down by having an inaccurate description of a property. It is also the first time I left a hotel early due to multiple factors including unclean (rinsed red blood-like liquid) shower, food left in refrigerator, ripped carpet in room, questionable activities in parking lot, unmanned front desk. In short, for the first time ever we left a day early. This is not a boutique hotel. It was a poorly maintained one with questionable cleaning practices and safety issues.

Nice, affordable property with very helpful front desk staff. Excellent included breakfast just down the block. Earplugs provided if needed!😁

Clean rooms, Staff was very nice when checking in, parking is tight. It is loud for example : trains several times a night, people (homeless primarily) yelling in streets, guests drunk and coming back late yelling. So be prepared. Also the water pressure is low, beds are OK but not the best, free breakfast was a joke. The food was adequate but the service was lacking. Took 30 mins to get bisquits and gravy and a burrito. Too long!!!

I felt deceived, exterior facing doors are called a MOTEL. Hotel implies interior corridor doors Andy a centralized lobby. I don’t feel as safe in a motel and would not have picked this venue.

This was a clean quiet hotel. I couldn't hear the trains from room and the breakfast at Rosie's was a nice addition.

Avoid this place! Rooms are disgusting. Smell like urine, surfaces appear dirty. No hairdryer, had to fix the curtains myself as they we’re not connected to the top, they’re too short and they’re dirty, initially the TV and phone didn’t work, but the staff is very nice, they got the TV fixed, but couldn’t fix the phone. This place is not worth $215 a night. 70 at best. The breakfast is down the street. Did not partake in that because I figure it’s about the same quality as the room. Stuck for another place to stay unfortunately. Would never stay here again. Oh railroad tracks are a block away so you can hear the train. You know it’s not good when they provide earplugs in the room.

This hotel is different in a pleasant way in the centre of town walking distance to the falls restaurants etc. The railway is 200 ft away and is very noisy. We were amazed by some of the trains 24/7. The breakfast is at a place called Rosie’s and was very good (do have to walk there about 1000 ft) was very good as was the receptionist
