Best hotel in Melbourne I have ever stayed in the last 20 years. Everything is excellent. Location is great that there are restaurants around (also open on weekends and Sundays), duty free mall is a few minutes walk away and opposite there's a laundrymat. A few car parks are also located nearby.
Most comfortable room I have stayed in a long time (on par with the Four Seasons Bangkok which was ranked 3rd in the world). Service is excellent and love their free apples too

오픈한지 얼마안된 호텔이라 엄청 깨끗하고, 직원들도 너무 친절합니다..한국 투숙객의 1호텔 멜버른 리뷰가 거의 없어서 조금 걱정했는데, 최고입니다. 구글 지도상 호텔에서 플린더스 스테이션, 멜버른 도서관 등 주요 관광지 까지 거리가 좀 있어보였으나..실제로 그렇게 멀게 느껴지지 않았고, 12세 여아랑 같이 구경하면서 도보로 다닐만 했습니다..(굳이 트랩 안타도 됐습니다.) 저흰 4박5일 투숙했으며, 디파짓400불 결제했고 체크아웃 시 바로 취소처리 됐습니다. 멜버른 여행 시 깔끔하고, 최신호텔 찾으신다면 1호텔 멜버른 강추합니다. 수영장(수영장 내에 사우나있음)도 이용하는 투숙객이 거의 없어서 저희가 전세낸 것 처럼 사용했습니다..ㅎ 아..저흰 리버뷰 트윈 룸 예약했으며, 룸 컨디션 및 뷰는 사진 참고하세요..멜버른 공항에서 우버타면 70~80불이면 옵니다..(우버XL 차량 기준-인원3명, 캐리어3개) 참고히세요.

酒店很有特色，是那種很cozy的感覺，定的是河畔房看 yarra river，餐廳不錯如果天氣好可以在河邊吃早餐， cafe裏面可頌和咖啡都很贊，特別值得推薦的是 spa，我做的是 facial，250刀性價比很高。我因為要趕時間， spa工作人員特別為我提前半小時開始服務，感覺客人很被重視。非常好的入住體驗，下次有機會再去。

因為酒店職員不知道我們在網上已付款，在不通知我們的情況下多收房費，然後我們回酒店問，一開始酒店職員不承認錯誤，還說我們不禮貌，但我們沒有發脾氣，只是想解決事情。酒店多收我們8000多元港幣，我們想知道是什麼來的，酒店職員說是預付費，如果我們在酒店食早餐和享受Spa的錢在那邊扣，明顯是酒店職員做錯事情在找藉口推搪，為什麼我們一定要在酒店消費呢？我住了那麼多次酒店，有聽過保證金，但沒有聽過預付費。
而且酒店的化妝鏡子壞了，我叫前台幫我換一塊，前台直接把我房間的鏡子拿走，沒有給我換一塊新的。我還跟前台說了兩次，但他也是沒有給我換新的鏡子。
而且枕頭從第一天有污跡，到最後一天污跡還在。我們住了五天，酒店從來沒有給我們換床單，因為那個有污漬的枕頭套每天都在，枕頭只是從我的床上，去了我朋友的床上。
還有噪音的問題，有一天早上七點，便有工程在進行，是電鑽在轉的聲音，但酒店稱沒有在進行工程。那我想問有人住酒店是會帶電鑽過來嗎？而且不只我一間房間在投訴，其他房間的人也聽到。之後我問前台明天還會有嘈吵的聲音嗎，前台跟我說，如果明天早上你再聽到便跟前台說，他們再調查。問題是客人已經被嘈醒了那麼如何休息？客人是想好好休息，前台的答覆令人不滿意。
然後在星期五的晚上，街上有很嘈吵的聲音，我打電話跟前台了解，前台說派人上來了解，但最後沒有人上來了解。
而且酒店地理位置不太方便，要去車站要走10分鐘才能到達。
這個酒店的價錢是奢華的新酒店，但服務衛生十分差，我不會向任何人推薦這間酒店，你可以用同等的價錢住到更好的酒店。
