Nice hotel to stay and conveniently located away from the city but easily accessible to the city with tram station less 5 mins walk from the hotel.

Visiting Switzerland. Staying in the city center was too expensive, and the hotels were quite old or just too pricey. I ended up choosing this place mainly because it's right by the train station, making it convenient to go anywhere. I just took public transport daily. The stay was comfortable too.

Pros: - comfy beds - all aminities are provided (bath towel, shampoo, shower gel, body lotion, hair dryer) - reasonable price - have a bus stop in front of the hotel (2-3 mins walk) - can leave the luggages at the hotel Cons: - have to take time to go to Zurich (~30 mins by bus excluding the waiting time) - don’t have slipper and bottle of water

It’s ok. Far from many things

The room was on the smaller side, but it was spotless and very well-kept. I particularly liked its minimalist, 'Instagrammable' decor. Customer service was fantastic, dealing with issues incredibly efficiently – definitely a big thumbs up! 🌟 The only drawback is its location, quite a distance from Zurich city center, which means about a 45-minute commute by public transport.

The hotel environment is clean and tidy, and the hygiene is impeccable. The staff are warm and attentive, which made us feel very comfortable. The check-in experience was excellent, overall it was comfortable and reassuring, and offered great value for money. Highly recommended!

I stayed with my son for one night. They took 100CHF fee from my credit card and then I check-out hotel send back to my card 82CHF with no reason. I was on journey so far with my car and cant returned…

The room was clean and tidy, and there's a restaurant downstairs with other dining options nearby. Getting around was also quite convenient.

Heater was not working, the toiletries was very poor, not comparable with the room prices. Slippers was not given in the room, while they know tha winter season is very cold in the room. We need to request first and went down to reception, no room service can deliver this. The reception during check in was not proper, he gave lower room than i reserved thru online. Then i noticed, he gave the correct one according to my reserve.

Pretty good breakfast and nice view. Staff was helpful and friendly. Bang for buck in Zurich, not too far from the city and many attractions. Helps if you drive.

The location was a little away from Zurich center but this location had a good view. Although everything was good like cleanliness amenities but I just didn’t like the housekeeping started ringing my door asking for checkout at 11am and time is 12pm and they did it repeatedly which annoyed me

The room was great, with excellent facilities and environment. Although the location is a bit out of the way, there's a bus stop right downstairs, making transportation very convenient. The price is reasonable, offering good value for money. A deposit was required upon check-in, charged as a pre-authorization on my credit card, which was refunded immediately upon check-out.
