I would like to share the terrible experience I had at the Royal Thai Si Hotel in Spresiano. My wife and I travel quite frequently, but we have never faced such an embarrassing situation. During our stay, my bag, which contained my passport, money and credit card, was stolen from the hotel restaurant. What followed was absolutely unacceptable treatment by the staff, who demonstrated total indifference and lack of professionalism. The next morning, upon realizing the theft, I requested access to the security cameras. After insisting, I was able to view the recordings, which showed that the bag had been left in the restaurant, which was almost empty late in the evening and with staff already preparing the tables for breakfast. I immediately asked the hotel to call the police so that I could report the incident. To my surprise and indignation, when the police arrived, a hotel employee insinuated that we were faking the situation to avoid paying the bill. This absurd and disrespectful attitude is completely unacceptable for any establishment, especially for a hotel that presents itself as high-end. This experience highlighted not only the hotel's failure to ensure the safety of its guests, but also its lack of respect and empathy at critical moments. The attempt to discredit my report was not only offensive, but also seriously compromised the image of customer service. Due to this gross negligence and the insulting way in which we were treated, I would NOT recommend staying at this hotel to anyone. I sincerely hope that this report serves as a warning to future guests and that the hotel urgently reviews its safety practices and employee training.

My visit in the hotel was very short (1 night) but nice hotel, very polite and kind staff. Cuisine was more than ok. The location is very nice and the hotel ia on the top of an artificial lake. One things is missing a swimming pool and a gym. But the hotel is offer a special price to a sport center at special price. The sport center is ca 500 meter from the hotel

5 for location but the room gave me first time has the climanwhich didn't switch off even turned off...all nights with noise and didn't slept any minutes. Nightmare. Came back after 2 days (as it was planned like that already), I got an upgrade room for same price :-) which was too hot as clima not worked well :-( In general nice location to stay, but depend of rooms.

A great place for rest and relaxation for the whole family. perfect cleanliness of the rooms, professionalism and politeness of the staff. We got the best massage here! a wide range of services to suit every taste and budget. There are simply no downsides! We'll definitely be back!

Daily experience with massage 1) HOTEL: you can see that it is new, the rooms are renovated and clean. Convenient to have the room in support, but it's not practical to go through the entrance in slippers and a bathrobe 2) MASSAGE AREA: very nice, the massage was super relaxing. THE WET ZONE is intimate, small in size, the fact of booking a place and relaxing after the massage is excellent, I don't know if it was intentional but personally I found the Turkish bath not 'humid' enough, the internal tub decidedly very hot while the a little chilly outside. 3) RESTAURANT: tried the Thai menu, definitely tasty, compliments to the chef, excellent service. To be recommended.
