This special bedroom is the perfect space for kids to explore, build forts, use their imagination and create life-long memories. Windows on each side of this space bring in beautiful natural light but can be closed off with blackout blinds. This room features a glow-in-the-dark and neon-light experience, and is complimented by a princess lounge. This room is equipped with a TV and has Netflix and other major streaming options for your pleasure!This tropical paradise is outdoor living at its finest! The over-sized yard provides space for a variety of games and sports activities. There are plenty of seating areas including 2 comfortable lounge chairs and a cabana-style daybed, sectional sofa on the lanai, 2 umbrella-topped dining table with 6 chairs, and a fire pit with additional beach chairs to be used. Off to the side-yard is an additional ‘play-house’ structure with a game room below (with basketball and foosball) and a Moana inspired play/lounge room upstairs.
