Watchman Villas

We really enjoyed our stay here. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well appointed, the space was clean and nicely decorated, and we were super close to a shuttle stop. Some days we choose to walk back from the park because it was less than a mile from the entrance. A few comments: I think this place is about 10 years old and could use some general maintenance. Several of the blind slats were broken. There were missing pulls on the dressers in both rooms making them difficult to use. The table is too big for the dining room space making it not very functional (people had to get up and push in their chair and move out of the "room" for someone to get to the other side of the table). One of the chandelier "holes" was broken and had tape inside so the bulb didn't work. There were a few spots in the carpet that look stained. The staff was very responsive when we ran out of kleenex and laundry pods the first day, but we ran out again on day 3. Maybe having a larger stash of those things on hand for guests staying for a longer time would be good. I didn't want to bother them again with the same request. The unit is also over a "lounge" and played music late into the night. I'm a hard sleeper, but some of my family heard it. None of these are huge deterrents to our overall stay but they are the reason for not giving it 5 stars. The views from every window are great.

Book the Watchman Villas! The location is perfect! This 2 bedroom 2 bath unit has the luxury of an air bnb but books like a hotel! The hot tub was hot and ready for us after long hikes and we loved everything about this place!

We had a lovely couple of nights stay and would happily return. -Extremely thoughtful attention to detail; just a couple of examples: —Towels and a shoe tray at the front door for those wet, muddy adventures —Air freshener aerosol can in the bathroom —Not just one kind of creamer for coffee —Designated parking spot —Recycling bin —Clean, well maintained interior (outside and down to the basement laundry facilities, not so much.) -High quality selections, just a couple of examples: —gentle toilet tissue and facial tissue —superior furniture including a very comfortable bed —kitchenware Check in was easy (was able to enter the villa early Hosts were very responsive to email messaging in real time. Be aware it may be a bit difficult to locate the villas (set in from the street a bit), had to ask for directions at the bike rental closer to the street.

Located right in the heart of Springdale, with easy access to restaurants and the shuttle to Zion. Views were amazing and the place itself was great, including comfortable beds and a nice outdoor space.

It was amazing! So perfect for a family stay. The balcony and outdoor living space are incredible. Very clean. Perfect location at the mouth of the park.

Excellent place to stay with family while visiting Zion National Park. The place is located only 1.5 miles from the park entrance. You can take the shuttle or just walk. Definitely recommend.

Super nice place, close to food, shops, and bikes in Springdale and right outside of the park. Clean, quiet, comfortable beds, great view from the balcony

Our family of 4 really enjoyed staying here (for 5 nights, in unit #5 Juniper). The unit was clean, well furnished, and comfortable. The location was superb -- center of Springdale with very convenient Zion (via car, walking or shuttle). And view from the unit was spectacular. The complex is well managed, and management is very responsive.

This is a brand new, roomy condo in a great location in Springdale. Hot tub and deck are fantastic after a long day of hiking. Don’t miss the awesome coffee shop beneath it.
