Newly renovated in 2025, this used to be a Holiday Inn Express. They completely gutted and redid all the room furniture, and the lobby seems to have been redesigned as well. Due to the limitations of the old building's layout, the room space isn't as generous as other Hyatt Place hotels, lacking the typical large sofa. The breakfast is also a bit less impressive.

This hotel is conveniently located on the park's shuttle route. It's clean and comfortable, with a spacious, well-lit lobby. Whether you're inside the hotel or sitting on the balcony, you immediately feel relaxed and happy. It's also super convenient for getting into the national park; you can park your car at the hotel and avoid the park's crowded parking areas.

I really liked this hotel. The room was very pretty and the view outside was beautiful. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was very nice as well.

The hotel located in a very good location, the staffs are super friendly, walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores and not too far to the Zion National Park entrance and especially I am entering to the National Park by shuttle the bus stop just right in front of the hotel very convenient highly recommended

The breakfast was good and had hot food. The location is near the mountain and you can see sunlight lights the mountain. The parking fee is $20 for one night stay.

Good location, very near to the entrance of the Zion national park. You can see partial of the Zion mountain just behind the hotel and the views are beautiful, especially during the sunset time.

Nice hotel and clean. Very near to the Zion park entrance. Surrounded by many shops and nice restaurants. Highly recommended.
