I checked in on Friday the elevator was off for 2 days or so days so I had to carry my luggage up the stairs into the room and I was told that the elevator would be fixed that day and it wasn't so it was very much inconvenience to me it was very straining and stressful

While the property seemed to be in a safe location, it was not close to any restaurants. Room was clean. Breakfast was diverse and robust. Easy parking. Would have liked an indoor pool.

The hotel room was very nice. The desk manager was friendly, but hard to understand. Carpets in the rooms and hallways are very stained. Need to replace.

Cigarette and blunt holes throughout room and mildew smell. Dark and dingy. Will not return. We actually left after 2 hours and didn’t stay overnight. Horrible experience.

The property can benefit from renovations. The room’s A/C system can definitely be modernized. The staff is very good and friendly, trying to help. Breakfast was continental and okay but for the price, it is quite far from Washington, 27-38 minutes drive from the national mall.

Preston helped us upon, checking in extremely professional and took care of all of our needs. I also like to acknowledge the sweetest woman who was in charge of breakfast each morning. I didn’t catch her name, but she was so nice to talk to untreated all of our boys with such hospitality Colorado Magic basketball thank you. We had conversation a couple mornings I wanted to say thank you we appreciate you and I wish I could’ve done more.

My stay was good except when my trailer in their parking lot got broke into and my tools stolen. The night man working was very rude to me and completely unhelpful. The rest of the staff there were very good. There are signs all around the parking lot about theft so it seems like an ongoing problem.
