First and very importantly, the front desk staff that I dealt with were very friendly and professional. Unfortunately, I don’t feel that they have what they need to make this a better hotel. I chose this hotel for location, swimming pool, and room with pull-out sofa. Traveling with kids, these were all important. We checked in, but did not stay - we moved to the Courtyard property next door. 1) We were traveling with kids and wanted a property with a pool. When we arrived, I happened to notice a printed sign on a window that the pool was closed. When I inquired at the front desk, I was told that it was not functional and they were waiting on a part for repair - could take a week or two. Would have been nice for the hotel to notify incoming guests that the pool was not functional. 2) Sleeper sofa in the room is not a traditional pull-out. The seat flips out and the sofa becomes a platform very close to the floor. There was no mattress or additional linens in the room. When I inquired at the front desk, I was told they could bring a pad and linens for the sofa bed if we needed it… pad?? I cannot even imagine it being comfortable - although I never saw the pad they spoke of. 3) Television in the room did not work - no channels would load. When I inquired at the front desk, I was told that when guests check out, the TVs automatically stop working and a hotel representative has to go to each room and reset the TVs for them to work. This visit was just having too many issues, so we decided to change our location to the Courtyard property.

simply amazing, Sam at the front desk was so nice and caring Steve the Maintenace guy helped carry my stuff for me and showed me how to use the tv and even stayed a little longer to have a conversation with a old lady. thanks everyone ill be staying again for sure.

Property smell likes carpet cleaner. It’s a pet friendly hotel but smell like covering the animals Oder with carpet cleaner. The room was nice and place in general was clean.

Below Marriott Brand Standard An unusual, subpar stay. A couple of large, black garbage bags in hallways, dogs barking in rooms, smell of people cooking dinners, filling hallways. Felt like many people were homesteading long-term here. Plus, they had the nerve to charge for parking out in the middle of nowhere. Breakfast was standard hotel quality and acceptable. Noticable rust in bathroom, no drain cover worked. Furnishing showing wear. I don't understand why tje beds had half-size pillows?! Really? Is that a savings?

The two people greeting me at the front desk were a pleasure to deal with. Unfortunately, the beds in two different rooms were uncomfortable. Soft like hammocks. Rooms 406 and another room. The lights over the living room were out. I checked out around 2:30 am. I canceled my second night. and took pictures of these issues. I can only hope ******* will issue a refund. And I expected better from a Marriott.
