Came here for a night. Breakfast was included, but somehow they charged me, but corrected it immediately. Close to a lot of restaurants. Customer Service is very nice and pleasant. I was able to check in early which I appreciated very much and it's very clean. Love the shampoo.!!

I booked this room for my nephew and his wife, James Giordano. Apparently business is very good at this location. There was a Bat matzah party going on right beneath my nephew’s room and it was very noisy. My nephew called the desk to complain they were unable to sleep due to the loudness. The front desk said it would be over at 11 pm. My nephew said he and his wife asked for a different room away from the noise. The desk was reluctant to fill that request causing my nephew to tell them give us a full refund and we will go somewhere else. The desk agreed to giving them a different room. So they packed up and went to a different room. Very inconvenient and unsettling.

Hotels in New York are too expensive. This hotel is farther from the airport, so the price is much more affordable. It costs about $30 to take an Uber to the airport, which is completely within an acceptable range. I took a one-day tour of New York on the day I checked in.

This hotel is miles ahead of ANY hotel in the area. It’s new, clean, quiet and nicely appointed. Lobby is first class founded only in high end hotels. The rooms are new, clean and no smells which is unfortunately far to common in hotels today.
This is a first class hotel without the first class high price.

I was attending an event , so it was very convenient for me. The room and the bathroom was quite spacious which makes it quite accessible for someone with disabilities.
However, i was unaware that breakfast was not included. I believe that regular continental breakfast should be included. To pay $16 for a bagel and cup of coffee is ludicrous when the coffee maker in the room is not working .
