room was booked at 10-11am on friday, planned to come that night around 11pm. room hadn’t been cleaned, AT ALL. there was hair all over the bathroom, sink, shower, floor, TOILET. there was trash stuffed under the bed skirt. the a/c had been left on and set to 60 degrees so it was absolutely freezing. thankfully the girl working the front desk was very polite and got us a new room immediately. this one looked like it used to be a smoking room or someone had gotten black stuff all on the couch and wall that came off as soon as i rubbed it. so there wasn’t any reason it shouldn’t have been cleaned already. shower and sink also had a ridiculous amount of hair in them. we won’t be back. we recommend the country inn & suites by raddison.
