"Booked through Ctrip, 4.9-4.30, the front desk lady who prepaid the full amount at check-in was very friendly. The hotel is relatively new and the decoration style of the room is modern and simple. The bathtub handle in the first room I was given was broken, with a sharp edge, went downstairs to find the front desk, showed her the photos, and changed one without saying a word. So, the first impression of the hotel is very good. 4.22 I told the front desk on the day that I wanted to extend my stay to 5.27 at the current room price. The lady who checked in helped me make a reservation and pre-authorized 3548.44 knife. As a result, inexplicably, the employee of 4.24 customer service said that the front desk informed her that I left the store that day and she came to clean up the room. Very surprised, I went to the front desk to understand the situation. The front desk staff on duty was rude. Not only did they not explain why I notified the customer service department that I left the store early, but also told me that there was no reservation information for my extension in the system, and there was no room. I asked her to contact the previous lady who helped me make a reservation to get a picture. But she said the hotel could not contact non-duty staff (she actually contacted later). Next, the employee said that he finally found me a room, I can extend it, but it can't be my current room rate... 10,000 words are omitted here
In the middle, I contacted the Trip.com butler and went to contact the hotel about the reason for the mistake of letting me leave the store early. The butler was very responsible and contacted different departments. Finally, the hotel verbally explained that the customer service department made a mistake. My order was no problem. I lived in 4.30 no problem. Of course, I'm fine. I paid all the money early.
Although the hotel can also reduce the room rate later to let me continue to live. But considering this chaotic and unpleasant experience, I left the store at 4.30.
When I wrote this review, it was more than 24 hours since I left the store, but my pre-authorized two payments have not been returned."
"Are hotel stay was great. The hotel was clean and up to date. All staff and guest were polite. This hotel is in a great location and offers a lot to do while you stay. It’s my second time staying there and would stay there again"
"Location not super - about 15 minutes from Bethlehem downtown. Newish hotel and the interior is a little more lux than your typical mid-range US hotel. That being said, the breakfast was a disappointment. No healthy options: just sugary yogurt (why no plain greek yogurt?), the bananas had brown spots on them each of the 3 days I stayed (and weren't replaced), the oats were DIY from a packet which are never as nice as when they are made up as a batch which negated the appeal of the toppings."
"The folks at the resort were all friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is a great place to stay; the rooms are clean as are the common areas and the room itself was spacious and (unlike most hotel rooms) will lit. The food options are plentiful so the only difficulty was deciding where to eat! The remnants of the steel mill make for an interesting setting and it was amazing to see the now abandoned rail lines heading into those old steelworks (see photo attached)."
"The room is still very large, health is OK, including the buffet in the morning is very rich, the night I met the American sister at the front desk was particularly enthusiastic, and gave us a free extension of check-out. I feel that living here is cheaper than the homestay of Airbnb."
