The cabinets, tables in the room has dust. Perhaps it’s not thoroughly cleaned every time.

Very clean and quite suite at a great price. Plenty of parking and the staff directed me to adjacent parking lot for my oversized truck/trailer. Breakfast was great. Overall a great stay!

The hotel was nice enough for the money spent however we were there for close to a week and the hot tub was broken the whole time as they were waiting on a part that was supposed to come within a few days, but it didn’t come for our whole stay. The beds are not very comfortable and I booked a suite with a kitchenette that didn’t have a kettle. I called down multiple times to ask for a kettle to be brought up to my room and was told no problem and on the third attempt was told that they’d actually don’t have any kettles and that I can just use hot water Down in the main area. That was inconvenient as I was hoping to make my kids oatmeal for breakfast. Also breakfast items such as scrambled eggs, tended to be cold and they ran out of cinnamon buns, and hard boiled eggs.

Great property, solid breakfast, always fresh coffee, clean and very spacious rooms. Great location in a large plaza full of everything including the heated pool Tri Leisure center.

The Hot tub was not working. Pictures on ******* and their website show a waterpark. There isn't a water park or waterslide. Just a small pool. Our friends stayed down the hall from us and there was garbage still in thier room, ALOT of garbage packed into the cuoboards! They had a kitchenette and the cups were dirty and smelled horrible. There were someone elses dirty socks still in our room. Will not return. Felt it was false advertising to have pics of a water park and slides on the site when there isn't one on the property.

Very clean, from the main common areas to our room! And I’m a stickler for cleanliness, it was impeccable. Beds and pillows were just the right comfort, liked how there’s two options of pillow firmness indicated on the pillowcases - nice touch! Hot breakfast had proteins and carbs, regular things you’d find at hotels that serve hot breakfasts. Easy to access off the main highway, close to shopping and other amenities. Across from the city mulitplex if you want to work out more.
